Great product, anti leak works well

Already had a smaller one and loved it. Got this to take a larger drink.

I’ve now ordered my third one…. They lock and seal brilliantly. I’ve been using these about 3 years. I’ve never had a travel mug so leak proof. If it’s full and falls over and rolls around in my boot, it still won’t leak.

Does what it should very well and short enough to fit under coffee machine. Wish had a bit more capacity is about it!Some other reviews report broken lock Lever, I thought ours was broken after a week or two,only happened twice in 3 months. It turns out to be a minor design+user issue.SYMPTOM: the lid doesn't 'click' shut, lock doesn't engage, not sealing properly.CAUSE: When in the open position the Lever can be inadvertently pushed towards the middle as/when if the lid is squeezed tightly during use (not common by any means!)SOLUTION: put the Lever in the closed position then push the Lever back toward the center (I.e. hand across top of lid and squeeze) and it will click back into place super easy.

This is the best quality travel cup I have ever owned. It keeps drinks warm for ages, its leak proof and a great size for a cappuccino

The lid lock failed after 8 weeks. 4 weeks after the return window closed.

Liked it being hot after few hours but could of been a bit taller

Had one for ages and so good I've just bought a second.one thing I would mention is the leak proof lock -it was super stiff at first and I must confess my heavy handedness on my first flask I managed to pull the lock off completely - it put it back together but the lock never quite clicked shut after and it has on occasion leaked a bit when chucked in a bag, but really that was my own doing breaking the lock in the first place.My lock on my second one I would say is bit stiff but I've learnt to be more gentle with it but doesn't seem like it would leak.I normally use this for my desk in work, making a coffee around 8am, often I don't end up drinking it until around 2, so 6 hours later and it's still perfectly drinkable even in the winter.Honestly it's the best thermos style mug I own and completely puts some very well known and more expensive brands to shame that I normally have to chuck my coffee away if I've not drunk it by 11.

I have always wanted a steel mug that I can travel with. Although I don't drink coffee, my tea and any other hot drink stays super duper hot in this mug and it's spill proof. Gotta Love it!

I like the way Aladdin mugs are easy to sip. With the metal interior this mug keeps coffee or tea hot for quite a long time ( especially if you pre-heat with hot water. The locking lid really works. My only regret is it is slightly small than other Aladdin mugs, not a defect but a preference.

Wiele złych ocen wynika z braku załączonej instrukcji - wieczko kubka jest bardzo porządne, ale żeby je prawidłowo zamknąć trzeba je DOPCHNĄĆ DO ŚRODKA zakrętki jak na załączonym filmiku, a następnie dopchnąć zabezpieczenie w przeciwną stronę. Używam kubka od roku i wszystko działa. NIE WYSTARCZY po prostu opuścić wieczka w dół, żeby zamknąć szczenie kubek.
