With 20 years as an esthetician, based on my experience with other foot detox machines, I feel this one is better than most in this price range. The ones I've used weren't mass produced like they are today and were easily 10-20x the price. So, I was a little skeptical, thinking I may be wasting a little over $100. Instead, I am happily enjoying this product. Having the wrist attachment to help conductivity is a plus for sure. I feel you get more detoxing by having this. Make sure you put a piece of damp gauze in between your wrist and attachment. The power behind these machines are the arrays. You get two with this machine, which I thought was a total bonus. That alone is worth the price. No, there's not a basin included but you may have one around the house or can easily purchase one at your local store (or amazon). I am not including pictures as I don't think it's necessary for you to see the incredible particles that came out of my feet. Haha. I've read reviews and opinions on if this type of procedure really works. You'll hear, "Ohh, the water will turn orange whether you put your feet in the water or not". That's true, it will be an orange color, but I found it was faint (I tried that experiment). However, personally I had ALOT of things in my water at the end of a 30 minute soak. A-LOT!!! Overall, I'd comfortably recommend this Ionic Foot Bath Detox Machine.

I have owned an identical machine since 2007. On average I only detoxed about 1x per month. My machine has seen better days 😝 the stand is broken and the wrist strap is broken. My unit kept saying that there was no current and I tried several different things but nothing worked. I decided to purchase another machine. Looked at all that were available but decided to go with the same unit I was familiar with. When it came I took the old machine and tried different things AND FOUND OUT that my array was no longer working. You can not tell when the lifespan of the array is no longer working until you switch it out and see if that is the problem. The arrays do last quite awhile especially if you clean them after every use. You can buy arrays in bulk separately and then you will always have them. 👍

I have had professional detox foot baths and as you can see from the photos, after 22 min, nothing has detoxed from me. I have advanced metastatic breast cancer that spread extensively to my bones. By now, this should be a bright foamy orange color with black flecks and a yellow green tint to the water underneath. Everything is hooked up properly & the salt is in the correct range. I can feel the charge going through the wrist band, so I know I have good contact there. This product came with 2 arrays so I thought the array I used yesterday was bad because I got the same results I am getting today. So 2 bad arrays? I ordered 2 different arrays and will get them on Tuesday. If I still get the same results, then I know this machine does not work & hopefully this company is good about giving refunds. I start chemo in 2 days & I was really needing this machine to help with pain & side effects like the one at my doctor's office does.

I am pretty surprised. I haven’t done an ionic foot bath before. I was very skeptical and still am. lol. 😂 the first three picture is from when I did the ionic foot bath. The last is from my son. That being said I am in the middle of a parasite cleanse. The symptoms have been absolutely horrible so I gave this a shot. I put two tablespoons of Epson salt and a pinch of Himalayan. During this I felt my sinuses and bottom of my feet tingle. Then all this gunk started showing up. I feel better. My son saw this and immediately said he wanted a foot bath too. lol. So we gave it a shot. I cleaned it and started it. As you can see. Same product, same ingredients added but different results. I saw we can use up to 3 times a week and I will continue to do so

To clean the arrays, rinse after use, then submerge in water with CLR product, about a capful, for approx. 30 minutes. Works!

One of the arrays did not work but they sent 2 replacements. Great Customer service. I purchased this after reading a study regarding the ability of these machines to remove heavy metals from your body. If it can do that I will find another way to detox. Makes you feel good after you use it.

I did the right thing because I wanted this but it just didn't work well. The alarm kept sounding if the belt was attached, digits were bouncing up and down, and the fancy key pad on the front is just for setting a stupid unnecessary security code, for what? It had unexplained readings on the front and the booklet was so poorly written it told you NOTHING about what the numbers mean. Then I reachout to customer service with AMAZON and with the foot company. They told me to purchase bottled water to solve the problem. I'm not paying for bottled water so the belt works correctly!!!! Very disappointed in AMAZON on this one. I packaged it back nicely, returned it to UPS and I'm still waiting on a refund. They have very rude "warnings" online about possibly not giving me my money back if it's been used. WELL HOW WOULD I KNOW IT DIDN"T WORK IF I DIDN"T USE IT??????? How ignorant !

I've done this at spas before, and had results. This seems to do next to nothing. The control box even appears cheaply made. It's a simple setup, but seems to be malfunctioning results

The machine blew up within 30 seconds of using it, and was smoking and smelt like burnt rubber. It didn't come with an Australian power point, but the seller gave me an adapter. It seems very dangerous and I will send it back because it no longer works after it blew up. To add, it cost me nearly 200AUD to post back the broken equipment. Do not buy if you are in Australia because the electricals are not designed or made for Australia.

My product is damaged. We couldn’t even turn it on. It’s the first time that I have problems with products by Amazon. My family bought few months ago the same product and it’s working fine, but not mine.

Both arrays in with this product do not produce the bubbles they are supposed to?
