Perfect for my Shopify store & easy setup.
I’m so glad I bought this and saved the money instead of purchasing the more expensive brand names. I had been using my inkjet printer to print shipping labels, so I was concerned about whether I would lose print quality. Nope! This printer prints the labels clearly and the barcode lines are crisp. This printer was basically ready to use out of the box. I tried to follow the instructions regarding how to install the drivers, but I gave up and went directly to the Logia website and downloaded the drivers from there (so much easier.)This printer is not Bluetooth or WiFi enabled, so it must be connected to your computer, but the cord is included. My first shipping label did not print correctly. But that was user error. I had forgotten to change the paper size in Shopify from where I was previously using 8.5 x11 sheet sizes with my inkjet printer. To correct this I just selected the 4x6 sheet/label size in Shopify when it was time to print the labels and voila! Perfect!

Great Option for Small Business
I have an etsy shop (theeblackwidowbabe) and this printer is a TREMENDOUS help and money saver! Before, I was spending almost $80 every TWO WEEKS on ink for my printer and that definitely adds up. I finally decided to switch to a thermal printer to eliminate that expense and it's just about the best decision I've made for my shop expense wise. It also helps that UPS (and FEDEX I believe) gives businesses free shipping labels (A LOT of them :)-- look into that to save on another expense). It's pretty easy to set up and I like how it comes with a label holder as well (it holds either a roll or a stack). It seems like a big expense up front but if you're a business owner, think about the price and the amount of money you'll save in the long run. You'll wonder why it took you so long to buy a thermal printer haha. The printer is NOT wireless (Bluetooth enabled), so you have to actually plug it into your computer via usb (should not be a problem. If it is, look into a multi usb port hub). Overall, this is a pretty solid choice compared to the Rollo and the Dymo 4xl as it's better priced and has similar performance.

Almost returned it glad I didn’t
The set up instructions were easy to read. The only problem is the printer doesn’t work for every shipping platform. I was using “Shippo” and “Shippo” wasn’t connecting to my printer. I called tech support and it took us an hour to figure out what was wrong thinking it was the printer but it was actually the shipping platform. To get around it tech support told me to download Adobe and then print out my label from there and it worked perfectly. They take time to figure out what kind of system you are using and they work with you in the same type of system to guide you step by step. I thought this product was a scam at first since I tried getting in touch with tech support the first day I got it and I never got hold of anyone even though every time I called the automated system said I was first in line. Just keep trying because when they do get on the phone they are real helpful!

Better than Rollo
Let me preface by saying that I loved my Rollo printer. I have a large online company that does upwards of 100,000 orders per year and it has handled that load without fail since the inception. That said, while the quality of print with the Rollo looked good on Etsy and adequate on eBay, the shipping labels looked abysmal on Shopify which prompted me to find a new printer. That's where this one comes in to play. Despite being cheaper, it feels higher quality and the labels are significantly better particularly with eBay and Shopify. I couldn't be happier, however, it's still unknown whether this can be a workhorse that handles 100,000+ labels per year like the Rollo. Time will tell, but it's off to a great start.

I do not like this printer
I have not been more frustrated with a piece of technology in a long time. I even watched a you tube video to help me with the set up of this, but it was really no help (neither were the directions that came with). Initial set-up took a while and it would not do a test print - so not a good start. I got the 4x6 labels and the 2x1 for selling fba on amazon. The little black holder that spools the 2x1 labels is ridiculous. It's a pain to deal with. It also holds the 4x6 labels and they fit nicely. The actual printer - OMG - it screams at you when it is open at any time (my dog is scared of it - it sounds similar to a fire alarm going off). It is a pain to open, it won't STAY open to feed the labels, but comes down on my hands while I'm feeding the labels, so I have to feed with one hand, hold open with the other hand and it's screeching all the while. It also DOES NOT catch the label easily (especially the small ones and some go to waste). If I could video this process and post it, you would see how ridiculous this is. WHY won't it stay open to feed the labels? Why does it have to beep scream at me when I have it open and my dog runs to hide in a corner? I might also mention that each time a different size label is needed there is a blue sizer in there you need to adjust to fit the label size. If it does not feed correctly, open it again and back to the screeech. I wish I would have purchased a laser printer and simple sheets of labels. The ONLY positive to this printer is that you do not have to pay for ink.

Get. This. Printer. You’ll be glad you did!
This printer is outstanding! I bought is used in good condition and it works perfectly. I ship with Poshmark and mercari mosfly. I changed my label size in my Poshmark settings, to 4x6 and print from the email of the label. On mercari, I download my shipping label and take a screenshot just of the label, not any white space on the document. Fit to the 4x6 screen on your printer settings and you are good! It can be confusing but don’t give up. I’ve already saved so much ink and tape. I prefer flat labels over the giant roll because the roll is super heavy. I got my labels for free through ups with an account.
