Amazing product; the key is it’s gel form, active ingredient time to work, and depth of penetration
Don’t hesitate; this product works. The key is that it is a thick gel; it doesn’t just run or settle with gravity out of area in need within a few minutes like a liquid will. Apply at night, let soak all night, and the next day the results are amazing. I would imagine really tough spots would just require more time/coats, but mine worked after one application. The gel is clear. I was a little concerned to leave over night on white and cream colored caulk in fear of bleaching, but have seen no sign of such. I had a tough caulk line along one side of tub/tile that I have to routinely clean with Tilex, bleach, baking soda etc..which made things better, but never 100% and only for 1-2 weeks. However, with this product, it fully cleared it up and has not returned. The area has stayed clear and clean ever since. Finding more places to try, as results are building confidence. My guess is that this product’s gel form allows the active ingredients to penetration over the course of hours rather then minutes and penetrate much deeper to resolve root cause. The packaging is kind of silly/goofy and not in English, but don’t worry, just apply and let it do it’s thing. Very pleased.

Amazing product!
I have company coming in a few weeks, and I have been so tired of how gross the caulk around my tub has looked. I have tried everything and cannot get rid of the mildew that has taken root. It got to the point where I was looking on Amazon for a caulk removal tool and a caulk gun to just redo it all myself. As I was searching for these thing, I came across a Goo Gone Caulk removal, which didn't have great reviews, but Amazon suggested this product to me as a product other people looked at after looking at the Goo Gone. The reviews were great, so I thought what the heck, the price isn't so bad, and if it works, this will take a lot less effort than pulling all the old caulk out.I got it in and immediately cleaned my whole tub, dried everything off and then set to putting the gel directly on the caulk. The directions said it needed to sit for two to three hours, but also recommended leaving it on overnight. I put it on right before bed, and when I woke up this morning, the caulk looked so much better! It's not one hundred percent white, but at least it's not embarrassingly disgusting like it was before! Someone suggested buying another tube to give it another chance to penetrate to what's left of the discoloration, and I plan to do just that!My only complaint is that you don't get a whole ton of product for the price. The tube is barely enough to go on the caulk that is around my standard size tub. But now that I know it works, I feel confident in buying an extra tube now.

Didn’t work for my sink mildew
Based on the reviews, I thought I would have great results. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I followed directions. I even tried it twice, and the mildew is still there. This was a waste of time and money.

I tried everything, and only this product really worked. I'm amazed. It's little pricey, but better than removing+re-caulking.
I tried every method I could find on the net past 15 years, and nothing really worked -- ended up removing old caulking and apply new again. The removing part is the hardest labor. Now I'm getting old, and I really do not want to remove old caulking and do it all over --this was my last try-- and amazingly, it worked. The product description has the instruction, and dry the area you want to apply. I used half tube (more than recommended '3mm' thick) to apply 4 sides of shower booth caulking, and a few really bad spots needs this again, but overall, it really really worked. I tried on another bath tub -- that has only a few bad spots, and it worked perfectly. Although now all the mold is gone, I'm afraid if this product will be sold on Amazon again in the future, so I'm ordering another one for future use, just in case.UPDATE: I gave 5 stars at first, but lowered to 4 star as they raised the price from $9.xx to $13.xx. Really? I thought $10 is not cheap, considering it's like $3 each in Korea, even with the shipping, this shouldn't be more than $10.UPDATE-2: Forgot to mention this -- the smell is quite strong. I'd like to suggest to keep the window open for 1 full day. Smells like bleach.

Miracle Remover
I have struggled with mold/mildew in my shower for years. Old building, old tile and grout, and I rent so there's nothing I can do since the landlord says everything's fine. Regular bleach doesn't work, I was at my wit's end until my sister recommended this. It says to leave it on (in the directions on the Amazon page) for 10-15 hours, so I'm not sure why other reviews say they only left it on a couple (4 or fewer). After 2 hours, I could already tell a difference. And after 10 the caulk looks nearly brand new except in the very worst spots, and the grout looks amazing. The shower is cleaner than it was when I moved in 5 years ago, when they'd somehow managed to clean the worst of it. SO PLEASED. Also, DON'T WIPE IT OFF. It's supposed to dry into a protective coating, that helps keep mold/mildew away for several months. My sister who recommended this lives overseas, and is quite familiar with it. She says it's magic, and I have to agree. Make sure you run a fan or something though--it does smell quite strongly of bleach. And one tube may be enough for light application, but I used 2 tubes on my shower/tub combo.

Works good enough
I bought this product in hopes that I could avoid replacing the clear caulking around the basin of my shower. I had black mold growing in places beneath the rubber seal in my shower. This product is basically a gel form of bleach enabling it to adhere to a surface in order for the product to penetrate. I left the product on for 24 hours and 95% of the black was gone. I decided to tear off the caulking anyway and clean the remainder of the mold away with regular bleach and Dawn dish detergent (advised by a contractor). The writing on all of the packaging is in Korean characters so there are no directions in English but you don't really need them.
