I had ordered this figurine as a birthday present for my wife. It was expected to arrive a few days before her birthday, but it kept getting delayed. I sent two messages to the sellers, and they responded promptly and courteously on both occasions. Finally, the packet arrived on the day before her birthday.As a work of art, "Grateful Figure" exceeds my expectations. It symbolises not only gratitude, but also peace, tranquility and harmony. It carries a positive aura and is a delight to behold. My wife loved it.Well worth the price and the long wait!

I gave her to my friend. "Grateful" is the perfect name!Aside from the beautiful Willow Tree I must comment about Amazon's poor packaging!! Amazon shipped this fragile figurine in an bag! The box was ripped & dented. This was a gift & I didn't have time to return & reorder.The Willow Tree was not damaged.
