Likes: Available in XL, that size provided complete coverage. Thin and adjustable ear straps were very comfortable and great fit. Inner pocket with replaceable carbon filter panels provided higher level of air filtration, so safer. Washable and dries quickly. Stains come out with soap and water. Outer layer is tough and breathable, so when you inhale the air passes through the outer layer, filter, and inner lining. Wearing at work for weeks with daily washing and filter changing, around lots of people, and have had no health problems or symptoms.Only One Dislike: Glasses become fogged unless you place them on your face so the exhaled air passing out the top of the mask is away from the lenses. This is not an easy adjustment to find, it requires lots of trial and error for ideal placement of the glasses, but the mask not so high up it contacts the eyes. That one thing is the only problem I experienced. I have tried other mask types designed with exhaust ports for exhaled breath, and the ports prevent contact of the lens with exhaled air, yet the CDC has advised against masks with ports because the exhaled breath goes straight into the environment, defeating the purpose of the mask. So, by comparison, safety and CDC compliance is the better option to choose among styles and designs of masks, and this type face cover is safer and CDC compliant despite the fogging issue.

I decided to try this brand/style for my first set of reusable face mask/covers; have been using the disposable 3 layer paper masks from Costco and since the Covid problem will not be going away anytime soon, I figured it was finally time to get a set of washable/reusable masks for myself.The overall size measurements for the Large masks matches the information provided on the Amazon product page and the fit my 10 year old son and my wife just fine.Though for myself I wish I could have seen measurements for the Xtra-Large masks since the Large masks are just ever so slightly smaller than I would like. They fit on my face just fine, but should I try to talk, then my chin "pops out" the bottom and then the mask gets pushed up.We find these to be easy to breath through, but there is no metal nose bridge piece so they do tend to the fog up glasses.Otherwise we find them comfortable to wear.Brand: GETIEN / Sold by Julvie Direct

SECRET - If you think the wearing of masks is useless because the particle size of viruses are smaller than even N-95 masks, and if you are aware that getting full oxygen to your brain is slightly important, yet are coerced into wearing masks (to travel or whatever), then these masks are for YOU and exactly WHY I bought them. Firstly, this mean that all of the "negative" reviews that say that air gets around the edges is GOOD! Secondly, what I did is remove (with scissors and a sewing machine) the white inner part that holds the carbon filter and then do not use the carbon filter. This means you are only wearing the outer black part, which has generous holes in it to get the full oxygen that God intended you to get, thusly fooling our demented overlords. This is EXACTLY WHY I bought these masks, because of the generous holes in the outer black part! (Wink - Wink)

These masks are very big and get really saggy the longer you wear it. Just like everyone else said there is no wire over the nose so it’s not form fitting with lots of open areas. Also, the picture shows them with a mesh like material but it’s just plain black cotton fabric. I’m definitely returning these. I also bought the KN95 mask and they are so small they pop off your ears and of course they can’t be returned. $25.00 in the trash. I’ve wasted so much money on masks that I give up! I’m going to continue to wear my cheap blue hospital/surgical masks!

They’re 5* for comfort and looks…they’re lightweight, Additional Charcoal filters you can purchase Extra. While wearing this mask plus a charcoal filter, it gives you 5 layers of protection. I prefer to use 2 filters in mine, for 8 layers of protection. They not only come in Large, but XL as well, and they wash beautifully by hand or by machine washing. They dry quickly and the fabric is So Comfortable on your face! I’ve purchased these multiple times for myself and for relatives. Being an RN, I’ve recommended them countless times, and I’ll continue to be both Purchaser and Recommender in the future. Many Thanks!

For thicker protection using the optional insert, these would probably be good. I was looking for a thinner mask, to wear while speaking for an extended time. When I'm talking, the inner layer moves around so much that the mask won't stay in place.
