Great Quality, Great Price!
The BOSS Audio Systems KIT10 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit is an excellent value for anyone looking to install an amp without spending a fortune on wiring. The kit includes everything you need—power cable, ground cable, RCA cables, fuse holder, and accessories—all packaged neatly and ready to go. The 4-gauge power wire is flexible and easy to route, but still feels thick and durable enough to handle solid power delivery. The RCA cables are decent quality, with minimal noise interference, and the inline fuse holder adds an extra layer of protection. I had no problem getting my amplifier hooked up and running smoothly. For the price, this kit makes the whole process straightforward and saves the hassle of buying each component separately. It’s not just convenient, it’s reliable—everything worked as expected and my system sounds great. If you need a complete, affordable, and dependable amp wiring kit, the BOSS KIT10 is a fantastic choice.

Good price and quality
Seems to be good quality so far and the length of wire worked out great in my son’s 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500hd. It was a reasonable price compared to other kits I looked at. Fast shipping. Thanks!!!

Solid kit, prep for fuse backup tho
Solid kit that has everything you’ll need to hook up amp to oem radio. This kit has worked great for 10 months but I just ran into my first problem. Turned on car and no sound out of the radio. Closer inspection revealed that the amp had no power so I took a look at the fuse near the battery in the hood and one cap of the fuse had detached. Fortunately, it was a $2.50 fix from AutoZone who had the same 60 amp fuse in stock. Overall good kit with everything I needed to hook up my amp. Just FYI, that if you lose power to the amp suddenly to first unscrew the caps of the fuse holder to see if the fuse is still in tact. The metal bar inside was in perfect condition yet fuse was busted. I have no idea how long these fuses are supposed to last, but would be a good idea to pick up some inexpensive $2.50 backups for the glove box just in case this happens to you.

Good Kit but Not 4 Gauge
I was a little leary buying this kit after reading all of the reviews. Many commented on the wire size. It is true that the wire size is significantly smaller than #4 awg. The wire size is exactly #8 awg which has about 1/2 the current carrying capacity of #4 awg. However, I only needed #8 awg so it is okay for my installation. If I hadn't read the reviews first then I would have ordered the #8 kit and been very disappointed. The wire itself (besides from being undersized) appears to be good copper, braided wire. It has good insulation and is very flexible. The ground wire is also #8 and basically the same as the power wire but colored black instead of red. It is only 3 feet long but this is adequate as it only needs to be bolted to the vehicle frame close to the amplifier. The wiring terminals are a little light. I recommend getting better terminals at Auto Zone or somewhere else. The amplifier turn-on wire is adequately sized. The RCA cables appear to the good as well. I didn't have any problem with the RCA terminals as some others had noted. The lengh of the wires were adequate for my installation (1990 Chevy Truck, standard cab). The fuse holder was a decent quality fuse holder but the terminals were designed for #4 awg not the #8 awg wire that came with the kit. I found a fuse holder at Radio Shack exactly like it (paid $15 for fuse; $22 for wiring kit) but it came with inserts to allow it to be used for both #8 and #4 awg. The supplied fuse was 60 amp which is a little too big for #8 awg. I bought a package of two 40 amp fuses for $4.29 at Auto Zone. I will use the other fuse hoder and 60 a fuse somewhere else or sell on Craig's List. Out of all the kit, I used the following: power wire, ground wire, amplifier turn on wire, the RCA cables, a grommet, and some ty-raps. All in all, still a better deal at $22 than paying $50 plus somewhere else.

Excellent Kit for the price.
Excellent Kit for the price. Comes with everything you'd need, and some. All of the wiring seems high enough quality for 98% of setups. Everything feels made well, and while I didn't measure to verify actual cable thickness, it seems fine so far. This is powering my Massive Audio Kilo124 with no issues.

2002 buick regal
The wire size may not be true 4 AWG but i used it to install a 750 watt amplifier with a 10 inch subwoofer and I'm still very happy with my installation. I have no problems with my sound system at all and i would buy this product again for another similar wattage install. The product included plenty of wire for installation and it may not be the highest quality but it's good quality.

Barely 6 Gauge. Good for 450 watts RMS or less IMO at full length of the cable.
Measured the Gauge as others have done and it is not 4 gauge. However it is cable and I found the fuse holder to work just fine and the "4 gauge" cable ends worked just fine too. I would not use this cable for anything more than 450 RMS watts at the full 17' length of the kit. True gauge is maybe 6 gauge according to my micrometer. However the only reason I give it several stars it the cable works just fine for what I ordered it for. IF YOU READ THE OTHER LEGIT REVIEWS you would be an informed buyer too. I did not use the RCA Cables so I cannot comment on those. Buyer beware, If Boss Audio changed their packaging and listed it as 6 Gauge I do feel they would be more reputable. :) If they change their "sale tactic" I will come back and give it 5 stars.

Do not get if your amp is 1000 watts or more
So I had this kit installed for 2 years and in that time it was paired up with a skar 1200 watt mono amp and a 10" skar ddv sub. First issue was the fuse block it came with melted, and throughout the 2 years the fuse blocks I bought even the anl blocks kept melting as well as the power input on.my amp itself started to melt so come to find out I switched it with the amazon 4gauge ofc wire and for the last 4 months I had no issues what's so ever don't use this wire kit unless you want to do an insurance claim on your car it nearly caught my car in fire 2 times
