New formulation
These gummies are now much smaller than before, and the taste has changed (they are milder and taste a bit like artificial sweetener). They are tougher to chew than before, too. I liked them much better before, so I took off a star...

Weight Loss Help
I got these 3 weeks ago to assist me in the "battle of the bulge". A little premature for me to extoll the health benefits after only 3 weeks of usage...but I HAVE lost EIGHT POUNDS!!! So for me they are working. The smell when you open the bottle is a bit odoriferous but they don't taste as bad as they smell. I take one before leaving for work in the morning and one after dinner in the evenings although they recommend taking 2 together once a day. I'm happy with my purchase and plan to buy this again before I run out.

Overall these gummies have good ingredients with the exception of 5 grams of sugar per 2 (which is a serving) There are similar products on the market without all the sugar. Do your research first, these are not for everyone.

Works easy on the stomach
I do notice a bit of weight loss when used consistently. On my second bottle and plan for continuous use.
