Brushed Chrome Lighter by Zippo
Is an amazing and thick Zippo lighter for the price. I bought it and is my first Zippo Lighter so I wasn't expecting much about it until it arrived. When I took it out the little box it came in I was amazed for the craftmanship, the weight, the Brushed Chrome style. And the best thing is that it Windproof! so you need to close the cap to shut out the flame. And another quality I didn't know is that all Zippos have a lifetime warranty! so if it has a defect I just send it back to the store and they either replace the damaged parts or send me a new one. I don't smoke, I bought it for collection and for light up my candles and incense. If a perfect gift and buy. Would recommend to anyone and would definetly buy another one soon again.

Great heavyweight Zippo!
I don't need to say much here because it's a Zippo and you all know about Zippos or you wouldn't be shopping this product. I just want to note that the Armor line is awesome. Same great Zippo with a heavy duty feel. Not so heavy that you don't want to carry it, but heavy enough that you know its a little special. Great lighter!

Good product!
My husband bought it as a gift, it came really well packaged. The material seems to be good, and the person who was gifted loved it. I would definitely recommend the product.

its a great lighter.
i needed to rewrite this review because i made some mistakes on my last review and i believe i wasn't very fair to the company. ive got many zippo lighters of all kinds but ive not bought a new one in 30 years, until this one. when i got it, it just felt cheap and not the quality i was used to with zippo. i threw it in the trash right away and wrote it off. a friend of mine bought the same lighter as me, in fact he bought 3 of them. the exact model. his felt different better in some way. im not sure how its exactly the same thing even the case choice. he gave me one of his unopened ones as a gift and exactly like mine it felt cheap and crappy but i kept it anyway. i put in new flints and zippo fluid and started using it a bit. over a few days as it broke in it started feeling way better. started working like i come to expect from zippo. i give this 5 stars all the way and i apologize to zippo for my last review this things very nice.

Not ideal for the "occasional" user
For years I've scrimped on lighters, carrying disposable lighters in my backpack or my camping kit. I've seldom been let down by these cheap throw-aways, even when they've sat unused for months/years. I'm not a smoker - I bought this lighter for use around the house and around camp, but didn't anticipate using it all that often. I pictured it as an "every day carry" piece - if the need for fire arose, I would be ready!Unfortunately, I was let down in the "reliability" department by Zippo - not by a malfunction in parts, but in design. The lighter is not a sealed unit - the fuel is free to evaporate away as the lighter sits unused. After 2 weeks or so a full dose of fuel will waft away, leaving the lighter useless. If you're an "every day" user, you may not notice; however, if you use it only occasionally you'll find yourself having to add fuel before each strike. Not the ideal tool for emergency or even occasional use. That said, it functions beautifully when topped off. One strike and you've got a strong flame no matter what the wind or precipitation, and it'll stay lit long after your fingers tell you it's time to put it down! Everything fits together the way it should, and there is no "wiggle" in the hinge on my example. The thicker case of the "Armor" version clicks shut with a satisfying "clunk". I've never had a problem with (liquid) fuel leakage - though I stopped carrying mine after a few months due to the previously mentioned longevity issue.

Dries fast
Sleek lighter but it dries up too fast. I find myself refilling so often.

Tough classic zippo!
When it was time to get a new zippo, I decided to go with the armor line. It's definitely tough. You can feel the quality when you hold it. I expect this lighter to last many years.
