Add it to your spice shelf
True Lime is crystallized lime juice. It contains citric acid, malic acid, lime oil, lime juice, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and maltodextrin. It has no calories and a serving (.7 grams) has 25% RDA of vitamin C. The label says there are 110 servings per container, so the price per serving is pretty modest. I've bought the True Lime packets before, but the shaker jar is much more convenient for cooking. If you live in an area with high humidity you may want to put this in the refrigerator to make sure it doesn't clump. It is not a big deal with the packets because they are foil, but the shaker lid is not environmentally sealed, so beware that humidity could be a problem. You can use True Lime in anything that you would add fresh lime juice to. I have a rice cooker and I put True Lime and cilantro in with my rice for a nice side dish. I've also used it with ginger on baked chicken filets. The True Lime is pretty potent, so you don't need a lot of it in your recipes. Go easy on adding it to recipes and add more at the table if desired. This can be sprinkled on just like salt, and you can add it to tea, water, yogurt, or anything you want. The True Lime folks have come out with some other variations, but this particular product is just straight-up lime. I think this could be a good salt substitute for anyone who's watching their sodium intake. It adds enough flavor that you could reduce or eliminate adding salt to foods and still have something tasty. If you like lime, there is nothing to not like here.

Great lime flavor
Best, non-sweetened lime additive out there!! Multiple uses, but my favorite is in cold teas to add a tartness!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! Like Essence of lime!
OK, so i'm a lime freak. I LOVE me some key lime, lime-aid and I make this jello cake we call "shrek cake" around the house. I add this stuff to all of that for a super awesome extra lime kick! There's no off-taste at all. It tastes exactly like fresh lime. Not sure how they do that and dont care cause its awesome. :) For anyone interested in the cake it's easy to make. Make a standard white cake either from scratch or box. When you pull it out of the oven (still hot) perforate the top with a fork and pour an ample amount of freshly mixed liquid jello mix into the cake. The cake will suck up a suprising amount of the mix so I plan on 2 large boxes of lime jello mix for a 9x13 pan. That'll fill the cake pan to the top almost. Set the whole cake into the fridge to set for a couple hours. When it sets up mix butter cream frosting with about 2 tablespoons of true lime and mix well. Add some green food coloring too if you like, then apply icing. It's amazing! One of our house favorites! Now that I see they have true orange available now we're going to try that same application next. You can also add true lime to the jello for extra kick but keep in mind that a little goes a long way!

Lime meets citric acid
It is good, bought because of the tik tok coke and true lime trend (and it is pretty good imo), but on another more important note, I could see this being used in a variety of ways, to add a more robust lime flavor to meats (like carne asada), add a refreshing bite to various fruits and it would be a great cocktail mixer, over all it is a very solid product, if it was slightly cheaper, I’d give it 5 stars

True Lime is a winner and my search for that perfect lime taste and lime flavor is over!
This is the best for so many different and delicious reasons! True Citrus got it right. This product is true to taste- just like a fresh lime. Cabinet and pantry friendly- so there is never a chance of not having any limes around when you need them.If you are like me someone who avoids most citrus flavorings that are artificially flavored because they just don't taste right, then this is for you. You can buy it and enjoy it with confidence! It tastes real. It tastes good. It is not artificially flavored. No strange aftertaste.Per the label on the bottle the essential oils and juices are cold pressed and crystallized.Ingredients are: Crystallized lime [ citric acid, malic acid, lime oil, lime juice, ascorbic acid (vitamin C)], maltodextrinNo preservatives, Gluten FreeMeasurement equivalent:1/2 tsp of True Lemon = 1 Tbsp of lemon juice*1 tsp of True Lemon = 2 Tbsp of lemon juice*2 tsp of True Lemon = 1/4 Cup of lemon juice*4 tsp of True Lemon = 1/2 Cup of lemon juice**add water if neededLOL my only complaint is about closing the cap. It is a plastic shaker bottle with a wedge shape flip top. I sometimes have to try to seal it twice because it's not centered. This product is wonderful. I love limes and True Lime is soooo good! I highly recommend True Lime (and True Lemon).

Put this on your watermelon
I got this for a cookie recipe but we’ve mostly sprinkled it on our freshly cut watermelon for a refreshing summer treat. So good. Super versatile and great for a variety of recipes.

Heavy lime
This powder is pure lime. You need to use such a small quantity that it will last a long time. It tastes like a real lime.
