Great vitamins

I luv these vitamins and blue bonnet is the only vitamins I will take. Allergic to synthetic vitamins( upset stomach). These vitamins are easy on my stomach and are made of high quality ingredients. I can tell they have made a difference in keeping me healthy with my immune disorders.

I do not own stock in this company or work there. Having said that, these are about the only vitamins you should buy. What people don't know is that most of the minor irritations you have - athlete's foot, dandruff, colds - happen because your immune system is bumping along the bottom of its range. Most vitamins are based on old standards simply for keeping you from suffering vitamin-deficiency diseases such as rickets or scurvy; that's why you need far more than those regular pills to be really healthy. I started taking Bluebonnet twelve years ago and simply do not get sick or have any health problems even though I am now 65. You will not regret buying these, but remember to always take them with a meal - they are so powerful they will upset an empty stomach.

Vegetarian capsules. Reputable company. Capsules are large, but easy to swallow.

Only have used for the past 2 weeks, however, I perceive an improvement in energy levels. I recently had a physical, and although I was taking another vitamin, some minerals were surprisingly absent in my labs. Dr recommended these. Next labs will validate absorbtion effectiveness.
