Fine for the first few months. Now super quiet. Also only playing in one ear and I had to reset 10+ times before that was resolved.

product is junk and the company is aware that there's a persistent issue with the product. spend more and don't have to replace these in six months.

I was not able to connect it properly to my Windows laptop via Bluetooth, only one bud worked. When connected to my Android phone, both buds worked fine.

I ordered this product three times and all three times the product turned out to be defective. I am very disappointed with this product. I wanted to buy it but it came defective all three times, so I am giving it a review that this is a very bad product. Do not buy it. Buy

Nella confezione le cuffie con il loro case, il cavetto di ricarica USB-A - USB-C e i gommini in-ear grandi e piccoli (quelli medi sono già montati). Per quanto ingiusto il raffronto con le airpods di Apple è inevitabile, sia per la sagoma sia per i colori scelti. Il case è grande quasi il doppio delle Airpods 2, più alto, quadrato, più largo. Su un fianco ha il connettore USB-C, che ho molto apprezzato mentre frontalmente mi aspettavo i led di stato che però non ci sono. O meglio, c'è un solo led, interno tra le due cuffie, che si illumina all'occorrenza. Nessun tasto o altro sul case, è solo un power bank che funge da stazione di ricarica trasportabile. Aprendo la confezione ho storto il naso per via dei materiali scelti per questo case che al tatto risulta ruvido e aprendo il coperchio si percepisce che è plastica non particolarmente curata. O forse lo sono le cerniere che non danno una sensazione di grande solidità. Anche se il magnete che ne assicura la chiusura aiuta sia a tenere tutto in ordine e chiuso, sia a facilitare la chiusura. Dentro la custodia troviamo i due auricolari che vengono attratti nella loro posizione con un magnete che facilita sia il posizionamento sia la tenuta al loro posto quando li trasportiamo. E' stata diabolica invece la pellicola sui contatti elettrici, che occorre rimuovere per la prima configurazione. Se non alla luce diretta del sole non si vede, né è indicata, né ha una linguetta per facilitarne la rimozione. Stavo per chiamare amazon per reclamare che il prodotto non funziona e poi ho sfato il mito. Pessimo sistema, veramente assurdo e per niente user friendly. (-1 stella per la pessima esperienza iniziale). Rispetto all'uso nella pratica sono cuffie in-ear con tutti i pro e i contro di questo tipo di auricolari ovvero che da una parte aiutano a isolarsi dal rumore ambientale, perchè i gommini un po' non fanno passare il rumore, ma dall'altra si sente il proprio respiro che non è sempre piacevole come sensazione di ascolto. Il tutto con un bluetooth che prende il minimo sindacale: mi è bastato fare sei passi dal dispositivo, in casa, senza pareti in mezzo, che si sente a tratti, oppure un orecchio si e uno no, o a scatti con lag spiacevoli. Colpa loro? Beh, probabilmente il dispositivo che trasmetteva non era il più performante ma con molti altri dispositivi non ho riscontrato questo problema. Eppure (stranamente) stanno nelle orecchie in equilibrio senza difficoltà, complice il baricentro ben studiato e i gommini che aiutano di molto anche se dopo non molto i gommini in-ear danno fastidio e verrà istintivo toglierli. Da una parte i gommini aiutano a stare fermi nell'orecchio, dall'altra è pur sempre plastica che spinge sulla pelle. In quanto ad audio nulla da dire, anzi, siamo a livelli ottimi. Si sente bene ed è piacevole ascoltare la musica con questi auricolari. Anche i bassi sono piuttosto pieni ed equilibrati rispetto ai medi e agli alti oltre a suoni dati da frequenze che spesso non vengono riprodotte. Realizzati molto bene da questo punto di vista. I controlli a sfioramento invece sono qualcosa con cui bisogna prendere confidenza per non lanciarli alla prima occasione altrimenti, ogni volta che li afferrate per ritirarli o metterli, il tasto a sfioramento viene premuto e il dispositivo fa qualcosa che non si voleva fare (brano successivo o precedente, assistente vocale e solite cose). Bello averli, ma forse anche bello disattivarli (se si potesse!). Il prezzo di 70€ per me è eccessivo se si guarda al prodotto nel suo complesso. Ha un bluetooth che non è impeccabile, anzi... ha dei tasti a sfioramento che si attivano troppo facilmente, ha un case di plastica di basso profilo e specialmente ingombrante, il tutto per un auricolare in-ear che si, si sente molto bene (ed è fondamentale ovviamente) ma è l'unico pregio tra tante caratteristiche che dovrebbero essere più curate per proporre il prodotto a questo prezzo. Consigliatissime se trovate in offerta ad un prezzo inferiore, anche 50€, perchè la qualità audio è proprio piacevole.

This is the white Urbanears Alby model of wireless earbuds in a white case. It came along with a charger, USB-C port for charging, two pairs of removable ear tips with different sizes, legal and safety leaflet, and the user guide. The overall design is aesthetically beautiful and discreet. Though I-personally- had a bit of difficulty to get these earbuds to work at first, they are quite simple to set up. It was a little bit difficult for me to get the right and left earbuds synchronised. It was either the right or the left one to play at a time and not both. I had to perform both a hardware and a factory resets, and I only managed to get them synchronised after so many trials of turning on and off that. The second issue I had, which can be a little bit on me, is getting them charged. The manual states that I needed to remove the plastic from the case and then put in the earbuds again. The only thing is that I could not find the plastic to be removed until my friend did. The earbuds have a great quality of sound output, they get charged super-fast and last for a long period, (I used them for four hours in a row), and their design is so comfortable for the ears unlike my other earphone, which after a while and my ears start hurting. The charging case is also good, not too big and not too small; it fits in my pockets. They are also easy to control with a touch (tapping on the heads of the earbuds). Be careful to press instead of tapping as they may turn off and then you will have to go through a synchronisation issue again. I used them in rainy days and I may say that perhaps they were subject to couple of water drops but that did not affect their performance. However, this is by no means an invite to put them under water purposefully as you may damage them. Overall, I find these earbuds very convenient and satisfactory.
