6-Amp 4-1/2 Inch Angle Grinder with 3 pcs Grinding Wheel – HAAG060

I recently picked up the Hammerhead 6-Amp 4-1/2 Inch Angle Grinder with the three grinding wheels, and I have to say, it has really impressed me. Right out of the box, it felt solid and well-made. The 6-amp motor provides plenty of power, making quick work of whatever I throw at it. I’ve used it for a few different tasks, from grinding some metal edges to polishing up old surfaces, and it really performs well. The grinding wheels included in the kit are a nice bonus and have held up through multiple jobs without any noticeable wear. One thing I appreciated is how lightweight it is. It makes it easier to maneuver, especially in tighter spots. The trigger is comfortable, and I didn’t find myself getting fatigued even during longer sessions. Overall, I think the Hammerhead angle grinder offers great value for the price. It’s easy to use and gets the job done without any fuss. This is a tough grinder for the price and and versatility from the hand held trigger adjustable speed and stops quick when you release it- no hunting for the off switch. The quick release on the blade guard made it easy for a lefty. And the wrench for the wheel stashes in the extra handle. Probably burned through 100 blades means it's durable, just keep an the guards release arm, it sometimes works loose perfect.

extremely powerful. Ran this sucker all day long cutting off old rusty parts from the underside of my truck. She didn't even feel like she was overheating at all. Impressive considering the price point. The only complaint I can think of is the holder for the chuck broke off the first time i took the chuck in and out of the handle. No big deal, nothing a small piece of duct tape won't fix, but it is definitely a design the manufacturer needs to rethink a bit. You can easily take off the safety guard if need be, although I advise caution: this little puppy is strong enough that if it gets caught it will jerk itself right out of your hands if you aren't ready. I think this thing is probably going to be the last one I ever have to buy, assuming it doesn't get stolen by the neighborhood crackheads, and assuming I don't forget to put it away and back the truck over it one of these days. If you're looking for a good corded grinder thats going to do the job for you and last a while, i think this one is the answer. Going to go see if this manufacturer makes any other tools right now.

I've only used it on wood, so far, as I haven't had it long_ Worked like a champ_ Nice looking tool also_ This tool missed a 5☆ Rating from me because......Mine didn't come with a backing pad so I made a run to the Hardware store to pick one up_ I feel it should have came with one_ A hardshell plastic case would've been nice too, and the Spanner Wrench was crap, IMO, so I ordered another one from Amazon_ I guess to keep cost low & competitive they cut out a good 'Kit' pkg, but the tool itself is great

This Hammerhead 6-amp 4-1/2 inch angle grinder works great and has plenty of power for cutting and grinding. It feels solid in the hand and is comfortable to use, even for longer jobs. The size is perfect for home projects, and it’s easy to control. It started right up and performed exactly as expected. Great tool for DIY and light professional use.

Man! To be so cheap. This angle grinder works like a top dollar grinder. Its fast and durable.

Second day of cutting and the motor burned out. There were broken and burned pieces falling out of the grinder. Called support and was under warranty so was told that a replacement will be sent to me. Over a month now and nothing. Called support again and was told it was coming in a week. Still nothing. Will be reaching out to Amazon next then my credit card company to dispute if not resolved.

1. Easy to move the guard - means I will actually use the guard rather than removing it completely, 2. Pedal-operated, so I can actually use it one-handes, 3. Pedal safety lock, means if I accidentally drop it, it will stop running, 4. Can mount handle on both sides AND on top, 5. The mounting key is in the handle - less space used, less chance to loose, 6. And it comes with 3 grinding discs. I haven't expected this for under $50.

Price was good by comparison to other available choices. Works fine and is built well. I've used 7 or 8 other brands over many decades of trade work. I would definitely buy this brand of grinder again.

Primero lo malo: llegó roto el empaque, aunque dentro de una bolsa. Recomendación: mandar en una caja con burbujas. Lo bueno: TODO, se siente sólido, buenos materiales, cómo se describe, se siente fuerte al encender, encendido de paleta, excelente. En general , todo muy bueno. Lo recomiendo mucho. Del trabajo si algo me aló pasa, lo actualizo. Envío, 2 días antes de lo programado.

I have used this grinder for quite a bit. Works great and have had no issues whatsoever with it. Excellent for home use. Not sure how it would stand up in a work environment but for home it is great.
