Very nice knife. It got a nice feel and is easy to work with. I used the knife now for about a week and it became my go to knife for all normal cutting and peeling. It's very sharp

Nice size to hold and use. Feels nice and is good quality, also very sharp, care should be used when holding and using it. This quality at this price is first class.

This knife is very comfortable to hold and use but I do not know how they can sell such a VERY sharp knife without more than a silly blade tip protector. If you are planning to put this in a knife tray then DO NOT, it is seriously sharp and even a gentle brush against the blade will cause a bad cut.

Sharp and cuts well great little knife

Well after little over a month of use it's already lost its sharp edge - and that's cutting on a wooden chopping block. Not surprisingly it turns out to have been made in China - even though it is supposed to be German steel. Won't get fooled again!

Thid paring knife is one of the the best I have used. It uses a single piece of good quality stainless steel for blade and handle with padding for grip and stability. It is well balanced and maintains its sharpness for a long time. This was money well spent.

Gute Qualität, liegt gut in der Hand und ist gut geschärft. Messer kommt nicht in die Spülmaschine, so bleibt es länger scharf.
