The size of this hamster home is wonderful! I don't have a whole lot of space for my dwarf hamster, so this new home is perfect for him. The water bottle broke within the first week, but I bought a glass one that rigged up nicely to the cage & works great. One problem was the wheel, which made noise during the night when he trains for a marathon. So, all I did was put a little olive oil on the parts where the wheel moves & no more noise at 2 am! The feeder cup is super large for a little dwarf hamster, but he doesn't mind sitting in his buffet to eat. Cleaning is easier than any other critter home I've had before. Just pull up the top and dump the bottom part out. I love that the door opens wide and has a clamp to hold it shut. My dwarf is an escape artist and this home doesn't have any spaces he can get out of so far.One concern is moving the home around too much makes it creak and the bars around back pop out. I wonder how long it would last if I were to move it often, or if my dwarf were more intent on chewing bars trying to get out. A couple weeks ago one of the joining bars popped out & broke the plastic piece that holds it in place, it did that all on its own.Otherwise the cage is well put together, easy to clean, and the wheel is quiet once some natural oil is rubbed on it. The water bottle will be a problem right away, because it either breaks & floods the cage or stops letting water out. Mine flooded the cage. I like the compact size, and so far everything seems to be well made, but how sturdy the entire cage is I question.In my opinion this critter home is well worth the money, and my little hamster sure does love his new home. Its also so much fun to watch the hamster when he's in the wheel, I can imagine this would be fun for kids too.

I like this cage quite a bit. It was easy to assemble and enough space for 1 dwarf hamster. Had a problem with the wheel, however, almost immediately. It would stop functioning due to issues with the small rubber "washers" attached to the middle. I contacted the company and surprisingly, they not only responded quickly but sent me an entirely new top, when all I requested was additional washers. The new top has been great and I've had no issues at all with it, so they did the right thing and followed through very quickly and without any cost to me. Kudos to JW Pet!!

It is a great hamster cage for a dwarf hamster. It has stylish colors and a unique build. The dome on the right of the cage is nice since you can attach other tubes to it. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because he can't get to the wheel because the hole is right below the entrance. Also he can't get to the other side of the runway withoutgoing down then back up. Those are the only negatives but overall it is a great buy!

Bought this for my boyfriends daughter. She and the Hamster seem satisfied. Cage is small but cozy for Hamster. Only issue I have with it is how the water jug has a spring cord holding it to the side and with kids they seem to always find a way to knock it off. So just have to check and make sure it's water is still attached.

I bought this about 2 months ago. The second story makes it hard to grab the hamster since its so high up. The wheel was noiseless until it broke. It now squeaks and the hinges have come off. Then the waterbottle started to leak. I just bought another habitat using this because it would be easier just to buy an all new one. So far everything that it came ith has been giving me problems. I would understand if iv'e had it for a couple of years and it was just getting old, but ive only had it for a month. come on now.

We have the Sky Wheel and Roll-a-Coaster hamster cages by JW Pet Company and we love them and so do the hamsters! The best feature is the enclosed/framed/contained wheel. There is very little mess outside of cage becasue of the design-a huge plus! The hamsters feel secure as it really doesn't wobble like many others that are attached to cage, so the hamster has so much fun running! It is quiet, and if u occasionally take a Q-tip with cooking oil to it, you will be fine. Definitely the cage to buy!

I was very pleased with this product it was very easy to put together and take apart which is useful during the cleaning process.

Decent price, easy enough to clean, wheel isn't too noisy. Good for dwarf hamsters. Shipped quick enough. I'd buy it again.
