Always fresh and perfect
This is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had . It’s definitely my brand from now on

Good flavored coffee
I like the flavor, which is smooth and has just the right amount of hazelnut taste in a good medium roast coffee. Wish it cost less (too much for only a 12-oz. bag), but everything is overpriced these days. Have already stopped buying some things, but can't give up good coffee too.

AWFUL Smell
Don’t know why, but it has an awful smell! Coffee is super strong and no amount of milk/sugar could make it taste better. Perhaps I could try brewing using less than what’s recommended. There is no hazelnut flavor from what I could taste. Not many companies have organic hazelnut. I finally found Jim’s Organic Hazelnut which is much better.

Accidentally ordered it, now I got more 🤣
I thought it was decaf but it’s not. Still…I thought MORE!!! It’s the creamiest hazelnut coffee I’ve ever had! And it’s organic? And affordable? This stuff is really good. Seriously. I’m a total coffee snob. Pour over temp controlled, etc. usually only whole bean daily fresh ground……this stuff is GOOD! Get it!

Overly chemical taste
Just because something says it is organic, doesn't mean it tastes good. The "hazelnut" flavoring they added tastes like a pile of lab chemicals. Generally speaking, I have been finding that while I am searching for the best hazelnut coffee, if the smell from the bag smells strongly of bitter chemicals, the TASTE won't be any better. Unfortunately, I have to buy the bag and open it to find out :(For the record, the absolute best brand of hazelnut coffee I have found so far is Pacific Coast Cafe Hazelnut Creme. I randomly picked it up in a Smart and Final once, and they have never carried it again. None of my local stores carry it that I have been able to find, and they don't seem to have a website I can order from, which is a bummer. But that coffee is, hands down, so far the smoothest and best tasting I have been able to find so far. You can buy it on Amazon, but only from 3rd party sellers who are jacking up the price. Still, considering how hard it is to come by (at least in California (ironic, given the name, I know)) I am probably going to order some regardless of the jacked up price. But, circling back around to this hazelnut coffee from The Organic Coffee Co, it is just your every day run-of-the-mill coffee with some sort of nasty chemical-tasting syrup they poured on the beans which they are generously labeling "hazelnut" it has a strong almost alcohol-like chemical flavor and smell to it, and the coffee it produces has an odd semi-sweet flavor that smells and tastes STRONGLY of chemicals. The threw the bag out after making one cup.

Not the best Hazelnut compared to other natural coffees, but worth a 'look.'
Surely, not bad coffee for my tastes, and I certainly appreciate that it is all natural and a nice price. However, the Hazelnut flavor isn't as noticeable as in some other flavored (and natural) coffees I have tried .I'd still recommend trying this and getting it if others are unavailable. :)
