If I could give 10 stars I would! Hubby had it put together in 30 minutes. He is good with that kind of stuff. He said the instructions did not have enough photos or written instructions, so some people may need to view the video.Our dog was eager to get in and get out walking. He has trouble walking and supporting his back-end weight. X-rays are the only diagnostics available on the small Caribbean island where we live. He is eight years old and weighs 100 pounds. We are giving Adequan injections and hoping for help, but we have had to use a sling to support his back end and he desperately wanted to walk outside. This wheelchair will help him enjoy however much time we are lucky to be given. He is the third (of many) dogs of ours who have become like this unfortunately. We love him very much.There are two of us, so it was easy to get him in and out. But if you have a large dog and cannot lift his back legs (his entire back half) into the padded “figure 8” support on the wheelchair you may have issues using it. Each of his back legs need to be lifted into one side of the “figure 8.” We have a belly sling with handles that made this easy, but my husband did it. I don’t know if I could by myself because I’m not very strong or tall. I could probably figure out some kind of “step up” for him to walk up beside the wheelchair so I only had to lower him into the “figure 8” or I’d pay a neighbor teenager. It would be worth it because giving my dog the ability to walk outside the yard “by himself” is worth a lot. With the extra exercise his appetite and state of mind will improve.When he was in the wheelchair he needed no adjustment time. He started walking right away as you can see from the video. He was very motivated and ignored the wheelchair. He walked very fast, stopped to sniff, and was happy to get out. You can see him move his back legs, which is good exercise (he just can’t reliably support his weight).One benefit of this model is that it is the most adjustable design. So you don’t need to worry about measuring much. And you could keep or give it away for another dog’s use.I am very happy with this purchase and excited to spend time walking my dog and improving his wellbeing.

Very poor design. NO instructions on how to actually put on a pet.I asked the seller how to use. They replied "Once the cart is assembled, you lift your dog and slide his legs into the holes of the rear harness."I bought the XL version becasue I have a pet that weighs 145 pounds. Most days he has two good legs, soeme days only one. Lifting him is not an option. This a very poor design to not take into consideration the inability to get a large pet with back leg issues into.DO NOT BUY THE XL VERSION UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO LIFT YOUR PET 2 TO 3 FEET OFF OF THE GROUND.Very dissatisfied.

Este es un aparato que ayudará a tu mascota con problemas de movilidad a tener una mejor calidad de vida. Mi pastor alemán se esta adaptando bastante bien al mismo. Sin embargo, siento que algunas piezas son de un plástico de baja calidad y se desprenden con facilidad. El instructivo que acompaña al equipo es muy pobre y los videos igual. Todo queda a la intuición, al ensayo y error cuando se arma. El problema mas grande en nuestro caso, aun cuando adquirimos el aparato acorde a las medidas de mi perro la pechera y sus correas han resultados muy pequeñas para su tamaño. Con solo agregar unas fajas mas grandes esto podría ajustarse a las diferencias corporales particulares de la envergadura de cada mascota. Si tuviera que comprar de nuevo un dispositivo como este no escogería este.

This design is simple yet well thought out and not overly heavy. Do not have a firm testament as to the durability due to the newness however all parts seem to be of quality construction. When all the adjusting screws are tight this unit is quite sturdy. I wish the neck harnesses all had plastic snaps closures. It's a learning curve in getting our dog Bandit into the unit due to his total lack of ability to stand or use his hind legs and he's 90 pounds. It takes two of us to manage and then a learning curve for him and us. The more expensive units may be more suitable for large dogs, yet for the money we are quite satisfied and happy to have it.

Insufficient info on assembly! Seems sturdy, harness is grossly lacking in strength and comfort for dog. Still trying to get my pet comfortable with it for now…..will take some time!

We bought this wheel chair after our dog lost full mobility of her hind legs. With the help of this product she can now walk around some during the day and enjoy some of her day to day activities without us carrying her around. Overall we are satisfied with the product. The only two things we wish could be better is one the width of the product is very wide and hard to use in a house. Also the clips for the handles are plastic and seem like they will no hold up. Overall the quality and durability are good and ease of adjusting to her size is easy.

It might work for other dog but my dog hates it. It's hard to get the wheel in even with 2 people. This thing is back heavy and light towards the front. My dog is bottom heavy. When he sits on it , the front collar would whip his neck back. The front is also not very secure. He can easily slip his head out. The 2 rings in the back for the legs couldn't even hold him in place since my dog got a fat a@##ss.

The media could not be loaded. The harness is too small for my Dane! The chair can’t be parable to the ground and hold her up because the harness is stretched out as far as it will go.. can’t make a bigger harness?? She is very happy otherwise being able to move on her own for a little bit but it’s obviously uncomfortable as well!!
