I am very aware of knives as a process chef in the industry and these are great for the price especially. Like all knives that are high quality, they are like fine China, they need to be treated well. I wouldn’t dishwash themAs said they are able to be. Ans they needSoft scrubbing so they don’t rust as all good steal rusts. Love that they are easy to sharpen and aesthetically pleasing. Yes!

These knives are very sharp and non serrated which is what I wanted. They are made using German steel but made in China. The handles are very smooth and round which makes them difficult to use. Also the knives are quite large and not very handy for a steak knife. They are obviously well made though. If you don't mind a large slippery knife then they would be good for you..

PROS:* Aesthetically pleasing* Dishwasher safe* Sturdy* SharpCONS:* Stainless steel could be slightly higher grade (as with most products these days): occasional tiny rust spots appear on the blade after washing which can be scrubbed off with the abrasive side of a sponge).Note: the blade is slightly longer for these than for most steak knives we've owned. At first this required a bit of "cognitive adjustment" to accept the change; however, they work well and the longer blade makes cutting a bit easier in most cases as you have more blade to run though the steak or other items on the plate.

I prefer non-serrated knives because serrated knives tend to shred the meat instead of cutting it. These are a nice weight, do a good job of cutting, and look more expensive than they are.

I like the knives. The wood handles could be sealed a little better. Feels a little funny after a few washes. Otherwise knives are great.

Heavy duty. Love them

I was looking for none serrated knives this is a really nice sturdy set. They cut steaks like butter, easier to resharpen if needed, plus they are stylish as well. I am very happy with them and did not need to spend a fortune.

The knives are very sharp . They are larger than the usual steak knife say like cutcos . I think these are gonna last forever they look very easy to resharpen when the time comes
