These are great for socks and lace work. Really like the smaller needles.

This is my second full set. I got a second set as I use the 2" cables with the tips for the toes of the socks, paired together they make wonderful flexible double points. yes, that means more than one set of tipsbut the investment is worth it in the end. As to the difficulty of some reviewers, I think the getting used to the 2" tips may have to do with size of your hands/length of your fingers. I personally had no trouble at all as I have small hands with reasonably short fingers. But if that is not the case I reamend taking it slow at first to adapt to the size, because in the end it is worth it. As you can see in the photo, I have 4 sleaves und 2 pouches. Additional sleaves can be purchased. also in the picture is the most recent completed pair of socks as well as some of the cables and tips used.

UPDATE: I still love these needles I have now used both the 2 in and inch they are fantastic so smooth and easy to use!Wow I just received my shortie set these are so tiny! :) I didn't realize the cable was tiny not length but the cable itself is Thought they would be normal twist lace sized. Oh well I can't wait to use them I've been waiting a couple of weeks to get them!

Love these knitting needles. So easy to change out and once tightened, they remain tight.

This set is definitely worth the cost! No snagging at the connection points, sharp points, and the set comes with cord connectors so magic loop or TAAT socks are possible with this one set!

Beautiful quality and craftsmanship. I can see a difference in my ribbing. Picking up through the back loop is quick and the yarn does not split. Much more efficient. I am glad I purchased.
