Do I get my phones before they are paid off or after if i do the payment plan?

The s20 plus and ultra are very decent phones for the money not to mention most have sd card capabilities for someone that enjoys not having to rely on internet signal to listen to music at work I love this phone I like having 500gb of music at my fingertips without dealing with Spotify bad connections or YouTube adds

Several people have asked this and you have dodged the answer. what carrier's software is pre-loaded on the phone?

I just bought one of these phones from a different seller. Mine came in "unlocked ". However, it was pre-loaded with t-mobile as the original carrier. After having the AT&T store load in a new sim chip, and transferred my service to this phone. The only thing that worked was the data portion of my service (ie: texting and internet). I could not make any phone calls, or receive them either. I have heard many horror stories from people who bought "unlocked" phones that came pre-loaded with T-mobile or Verizon. In almost EVERY case, the buyer could NOT use them with other carriers! I don't know what Verizon and T-mobile does to these phones. But whatever it is, the phone is useless to other carriers. If you contact your current carrier, or visit your current carrier's store, I believe that you will receive the same answer that I just gave. So buyer beware.
