Spring Valley - Biotin 1000 mcg, 150 Tablets

I would strongly recommend this product if you are struggling in growing your nails or hair. I’ve purchased this item before but this was my first time purchasing it through Amazon and I love it. I have had a great experience with using these supplements, healthy/fuller hair and my nails are growing so much faster and healthier!

I was trying to make my hair grow & was told to try this as a cheaper option to hairfinity. I started with the 500mcg, once a day with a lot of water, after a month & 1/2 I increased to 2 a day then 3 a day till the bottle ran out, then I got this bottle & did the same thing. I a day then 2 a day, then 3. I definitely saw in increase in the growth. I could never get my hair much further past my shoulders but this really gave me some extra length fairly quickly. The downside was all my hair grew faster meaning I had to shave, pluck & dye my hair more often. I didn't notice my hair being any thinker although a friend taking said her already think hair was growing thicker. I did notice that if I did not take with a lot of water or with food. My stomach would feel queasy. My friend also mentioned her nails growing faster but I didn't feel like my nails grew any faster or stronger either. I didn't pay attention before but I have been getting complements on my long eyelashes that I have never gotten before. I will definitely be purchasing again.

For the price and quality, Spring Valley's Biotin is my primary choice. The size of the soft gel is easy to swallow and doesn't irritate a chronically dry throat. I have bought these for a couple years as my doctor recommended Biotin. I usually buy them from Walmart online or in store. I decided to have it shipped from Amazon and the seller must have had them sitting around for awhile because all the pills are stuck together. That will happen if you don't shake pills up now and then. So now I have to pry one pill off the bunch to get my nightly dose but still usable.

I went through cancer treatment and afterwards my hair nails and skin were in terrible condition. Nothing worked; I couldn't grow my nails, my hair looked horrible no matter how much I conditioned it or what beautician I went to and my skin didn't look the same no matter how much time and care I put into it. I have to say that my nails are so strong, my hair looks better than its looked since before I had treatment and I have seen Improvement in my skin. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love taking Spring Valley's Biotin pills. I have been taking them for about three years and I notice when I do not take them my skin and hair just do not look as healthy and bright. When I take a pill a day my nails grow noticeably quicker and stronger. I recommend these to everyone! There are no negative side effects and if you like them and want to continue them they are priced very reasonably.

3rd update:My wife is very happy with the results, nails are growing faster and her hair looks a lot better, she will upload pictures (before and after) after at least 3 months of use.**UPDATE**Someone recommended the Amway HSN and it did not work for her, hair loss started happening again, I bought 2 additional supplies of this Biotin 1000mg and will continue to buy.(first comment) My wife bought it because of hair loss and wasn't growing as fast a it is now. In two months hair loss has almost stopped and has grown more than one inch. This pills work as expected.
