I can take these twice a day and not crash and burn at the end of the day. I don’t get all wired out either

I keep the bottle on my nightstand, and take one capsule each morning with water and a few crackers to avoid stomach upset. I lay in bed for 15-20 minutes, and then I am up ready to start my day. These don't make me jittery, give me energy for my morning workout, and seem to help with appetite control. I love these and will continue to take them indefinitely!

I really like these over energy drinks or coffee in the morning. I don't spend all day in the bathroom and they are much easier and more effective than those in my opinion. Helps waking up and getting into gear for work much easier. Just 1 a day for me.

If you’re looking for a reasonable dose of caffeine to keep you going when you’re getting tired, this is at the high end of that dose but works well for me.

I've used these for years and when the gas stations around me stopped carrying them I was glad to see I can still find them online. They give me a mild boost. Mosty keep me from getting too hungry. They're mostly caffeine.

Can't beat the price. Costs a little more than a single bottle at a gas station does. I use these for my caffeine source, I open them and take half in the morning when I get up. An order of these 6 bottles lasts me forever and costs the same as a handful of Starbucks coffees
