Pleasantly surprised
Always a worry at this price point it'll be some nasty noisy Chinese knockoff job but fortunately turned out not to be the case. Really nothing to grumble about, easy enough to put together, came nicely packaged with very clear documentation devoid of the usual Chinglish, even the wire securing the power cable was nice quality! Comes with proper UK 3 pin plug (rated at 21W, better than USB powered nonsense). Doesn't creak, rattle or groan as it oscillates, which is often a concern with small desk fans. My one complaint would be the tilt adjustment doesn't feature a wing nut, although it seems well torqued from the factory surprisingly. It's not whisper quiet but it's not loud either I'd describe it lower moderate sound. On speed 1 I recorded approx 35 dB at 1m out of the airstream and 51 dB at source. Don't have my air flow meter to hand but I'll try to update with cfm and m3/s figures, but speed 1 would seem sufficient assuming you've got it on your desk where you're working. Speed 2 it gets a bit rowdier, about 45 dB at 1m and 64 dB at source. The instructions state 50 dBA, 755 m3/hr and 2.4 m/s and a 2 year warranty form Netagon Ltd.

Great for a warm summer
A good little fan, great for a warm summer. I use it sitting at my desk, and the size means it's not super obstructive but provides good airflow towards me. Assembly was fairly easy, though (and this may be my own stupidity) I was surprised assembly was even a factor. Nevertheless, it was simple and was up and running within 5 minutes. The only complaint I have about it is that it does tend to rattle sometimes, however, I believe tightening up the big nut in the centre more during assembly will help combat this.

a bit fiddley to assemble
i found this item a bit fiddly to assemble as the nut and screw is tiny, and it can get noisier after spinning for about half an hour. it's not bad for the price though. if i buy another desk fan, i think i will opt for one that looks easier to put together. i put nothing for battery life because it doesn't run on batteries.since i wrote this review, the desk fan has become noisier and was making a whistling noise. don't buy this fan. i've thrown it out.

Returned as faulty
Fan is a perfect size for a small room but unfortunately I had to return it as the oscillating function did not work properly
