UTG; great product at a great price
Bought two of these QD swivels and they work perfectly. I have UTG flip-up front and rear sights and they are great as well. Never had any problems with UTG components.

Works well; but hard to depress button.
Like the title says; this is easy to install and is very low profile and is made very well. The only real issue I found is that it is not easy (difficult really) to depress the button to release the sling. I have normal Men's large hands and fingers and I couldn't get a good my finger to meet that button well enough to press it. This is normal type usage, I'm not talking about the fanatical type mindset of having to require operator speed. This is everyday Joe-type usage.I might buy their slightly less low-profile to replace it with.

Does its job
They were out of the heavy duty QD swivels, so I tried one of the standard duty ones. It functions as a sling swivel flawlessly, and the QD functions properly,........... but, if you have large fingers the small button on the standard duty QD is hard to depress. If you are getting the qd because it will stay where you put it, then you shouldnt have any issues. If you like to move it around, or need to move it quickly, It may take a little more time than other QDs that I have with larger buttons. I gave this three stars based solely on ergonomics, QD stands for QUICK detach. Other than that it functions as a swivel fine, and I keep it on a rifle that I don't change the sling points on.

Does not lock in
This product does not work for my UTG quad rail. It will fit in the slot but not lock in making it useless for a sling mount. It feels pretty cheap and rattles quite a bit. It actually fits perfectly in the 20mm QD Heavy Duty Quick Detach Push Button Sling Swivel Set mount and can successfully lock in to that. I would not recommend this product for UTG rails. If you need a replacement swivel for the piece I mentioned I would recommend it for that but at this time that entire mount setup is cheaper than this piece.

It works!
Detaches when you push it. Works as intended. Make sure you get the "heavy duty, deep housing" version if your housing is deeper than normal.
