Idk what I thought it would deliver...Calmness like Brahmi maybe. But if I ate it at evening/night missing on the daily dose intake, then I would be awake even after the dark hours. Unwarrantedly helped me doing a lot though. So anyone wanting this feature/side-affect added to themselves, buy it?! I like it though, and I should maybe buy it again, as winters make me sleepy and highly unproductive.

I requested to all the buyer please dont buy this product. Ginko Biloba, Brahmi and sankhapuspi is enough but in this product is high amount of Ashwagandha 500mg each serving.when you take it you notice that you got severe headache.In this product there is sankhapusphi missing.Please don't trust the written in package (Brain,Memory support) its a marketing strategy and lastly they write in the box it is plant based obviously all the above are plant product. Why the company fool us.Trust me there is no improvement on you Memory yes got extra headache. When i use it after 2 days my headache strated that is severe headache .I dont know why severe headache started then i go to eye check up and report is ok and my vision was 6/6 both eye then i think its thyroid problem but my thyroid test is absolutely fine. Then i stop this medicine after 2 days my headache slowly slowly disappear after 10 days my headache will completely vanished. Please dont trust these brand they dont know proper amount of ingredients. In indian many more reputed and old brands are exists they know what is the proportion of the ingredients. I purchase it 499 rupees after my headache started then my expenses are(Eye test and medicine 200+400, Thyroid test 500 rupees).Total expenses after using this medicine is 1100 plus this medicine 500 and the result is zero. I request to all of you dont buy these medicine if you have a serious problem related to brain then go to your nearest Ayurvedic doctor. Brain is very important part of you body don't experiment with your brain by using this medicine

I started to give my adhd kid.. As his cognition is less.. It's helping him to think and focus.. If I give this as night it helps him to sleep well also. Hopefully it will give me better results soon!

If you are looking for tablet for cognitive & energy support this tablet is for you. I have been using other brands aswagandha tablets but this one tablet contains not only Ashwagandha but also Brahmi turmeric and many more . From last 5-6 days I am using it and it really makes me feel active and i am little lazy I can say but this really makes me feel fresh and energetic and improves my focus as well . Such a nice tablets ..I consume one tablet before workout and it helps me to push my limits in workout ..really loved it ..!! 😍

No real improvement after extensive usage.
