Does this product contain Bell Pepper? (My family is allergic)

Yes, the vegetable soup mix has bell pepper in it. The ingredients are: Carrots, Onion, Tomatoes, Peas, Celery, Green Bell Pepper, Green Beans, and Parsley.

What kind of nutrition can I expect from this? I don't know how dehydrating vegetables affects their vitamin/mineral content.

Fresh is best for sure, but dried veggies lose very little of their nutritional value when they go thru the dehydration process. The vegetable soup mix lists: carrots, onion, tomatoes, peas, celery, green bell peppers, green beans, and parsley. The tomato powder and dried celery don't have an ingredient label. I would assume they contain tomatoes and celery.
