Lego is the best game to get for your kids and even you might enjoy it to. The quality surpasses many other games for kids, this one won’t break so fast (my other sets lasted me for many years). I also find it to be healthy for their brains because it teaches them to follow instructions and see what they can accomplish with patience.Pros:1) Teaches creativity2) Lots of fun3) Pieces are made to last4) Keeps kids busy for hoursCons:1) Pieces are very small causing a “choking hazard”I’m very happy with it and I’m sure you’ll also be.

Fabulous set! Lots of playability for all ages. My favorite is the hot air balloon but we also like the mini zodiac raft and the police boat. My 7 year old's favorite part is the escape hatch in the basement. There is a knob that you pull to flip the bed down to reveal the escape hatch. You open the gate and the minifigs fly out! He also like the electrical control room with the details of the lock and controls.Pieces that come with this are: hot air balloon, zodiac raft, police boat, mini police helicopter and 8 mini figures (including a Police Chief and new body armored police officer). The building is made up of two sections ( with BURP big rock pieces to decorate) plus the helipad. The main building section has the glassed in outlook with satellite and warning lights, police offices and below large jail cell. The second section has one jail cell with police catwalk (lookout) on top. The second building has the main escape hatch while the lager jail cell (in section 1) the bars are pulled off for a less dramatic escape.This is my son's favorite police set and that means a lot considering he has a ton of new and old police sets. This is highly recommended as we play with it daily. Once we even used the Fire Ship, and a boat and plane my son created to play Amazon drop off to Prison Island and the light house from the Fire Ship. My 9, 7 and 5 year old can play with this together for lots of enjoyment. Set is comprised of 6 large books and 8 bags of pieces.Would be great for any Lego Police collector or your favorite Lego builder!

My son purchased this set with Christmas gift cards & money he had saved up. He is 6 years old and loves legos. This one was no different. He got frustrated with the towers because they weren't "sticking together" as much as he wanted. Overall this is a great set! He loves the secret passages and letting the prisoners escape so the good guys can catch them again. Goes great with his police boat set.

Overall, I like this set.Pros:~ It comes with a ballon which is pretty awesome~ The detail on this set for a prison is fairly decent~ The boat floats which is a huge plus~ There’s a nice assortment of LEGO minifigs that come with this set~ There are several pieces that come with this set that are unique and somewhat rare in the LEGO worldCons:~ This is another police set... there’s never a shortage of LEGO police sets~ The set is retired from LEGO, so you may have a difficult time finding this setAll in all, I like this set and think it adds a great flavor to any LEGO collection. Great set with a hot air balloon, a helicopter, a raft, a boat and a shark in addition to the island police station, tower and jail. My grandson loved this set, and I enjoyed working with him to put it together with the easy to follow directions. He really needed very little help from me. Makes a great gift.

Even better than I thought! We got this for our son's fifth birthday and he is able to build most of it with occasional help. Great project for father and son! This set comes with so many different pieces to build, well worth the price. Great for skill building, following directions, and fun!!!

My son (5 years old) lives this Lego set. Not that difficult to build (of course I had to build the whole thing). I recommend you explain to your kid the importance of keeping this thing in 2 piece, there's enough pieces to this thing that if it comes disassembled and you lose a few pieces, its a wrap.

The set was much smaller than I expected but still brought a huge smile to my sons face. Thank you Lego and Amazon.
