Menopause cure!
These are amazing! The hot flashes and night sweats of menopause were getting on my last nerve! I did a bit of research and tried a different product - one of those menopause cure-alls… it helped a little. After more time and reading I stumbled across Soy. I quickly ordered this product due to its lower price. I started with one and day and it helped a little, but I wanted to ease into them to avoid some of the soy side effects. After a couple of weeks I increased to 3 a day… morning, lunch, and before bed. After a couple of 3 a day I am happy to report almost no hot flashes (maybe 1 or 2 a week), and almost no night sweats! AMAZING!! Highly, highly recommended! I know every person and body reacts differently, but this product is definitely worth a try, you might get amazing results like I did!

Great!!
I am very happy with these. I use these as part of my routine to manage my PCOS. These were key to adding to my supplements. Very happy with the quality.

Hot flashes
I purchased these for hot flashes. I’ve got 1/3 of bottle left and I do believe the flashes are less frequent and decreased in intensity.

Hot flashes are minimal now!
Purchased upon advice of my doctor to help with hot flashes. They are happening so much less now so I can only assume they are working. Thank you!!

Take this every 2-3 days
Phytoestrogen supplements should not be taken daily as they are too concentrated in supplement-form compared to those you would obtain from foods like soybeans. For this reason I take one capsule every 3 days and try to eat soy, flax, alfalfa sprouts, and other foods known to contains modest amounts of phytoestrogens. So far I have found that taken this supplement improves my sleep, and makes me sleep in. I suspect this is because it blunts morning cortisol through its hormonal actions. For reference, I am taking phytoestrogens (soy isoflavonoes and coumestrol from red clover) experimentally for lipedema, as lipedema is currently believed to be caused by under-expression of estrogen receptor alpha in adipose tissue. Soy phytoestrogens bind to E2alpha and E2beta and increase the expression of these receptors, while coumestrol preferentially binds to E2alpha.

Helped resolve covid induced insomnia
I work in healthcare so caught covid in March 2020 a long with a lot of other healthcare workers who didn't have the right PPE. Ended up with severe insomnia. After trial and error this was one of the surprises in helping to resolve the problem. Take it at bedtime and sleep all night. Stay away from melatonin. It messes with you circadian rhythms and sleep is low quality.

If you can't take hormone replacement therapy, this could be a lifesaver
I can't take hormone replacement therapy because of blood clotting issues. I suffered from terrible hot flashes, especially at night, and couldn't sleep at all. I also had awful mood swings. Nothing worked for me until I tried this particular brand/dosage of soy isoflavones, taking just one capsule per day. After about 9 months, my body must have adjusted, and I once again had mood swings, hot flashes, and insomnia. I tried a different brand of isoflavones for a couple of weeks, which didn't work at all. Then I decided to try NOW again, and, guess what, that two-week break resulted in them working for me again. No more hot flashes or mood swings! It's a small miracle.
