quality puree, highly versatile
My favorite brand for vegetable purees. I usually get pumpkin or butternut squash as I find them super versatile for adding texture, flavor, and nutrition to a variety of soups, stews, and sauces. I recently decided to buy this sweet potato puree because I have been making a lightly cooked non brothy vegetable soup for my young dog with cancer. I just wanted to add further nutritional support, and the added puree gives the finely cut vegetables something to stick to. I dont use a lot, but it makes me feel good to add this high quality component.I also like it for myself, for same uses as the butternut squash or pumpkin. I will sometimes just eat it cold by the spoonful, or heat it up. Add it to smoothies, soups, sipping broths, etc. Just works seamless with so many options.This isnt a thick puree. There is no water added but it is a tad thin. Nothing I consider negative, just figured I would try to describe it.Love this brand. Premium priced, but i dont rate on price. I try to watch for the occasional sale.

No dents in the cans. I have used these when baking. Everything turns out great. I am very happy with my purchase.

I feed this to my dogs and they like it. It's thicker than the pumpkin and butternut squash puree that they also like

Nice Light and Fluffy Puree
Their sweet potato puree is a really nice light and fluffy puree. As for concerns about packaging and freshness, my order (12 pack) arrived vacuum sealed in plastic in the manufacturer's box enclosed in a carboard base with side support, it was then placed in an Amazon box. The expiration date is at least one year out, so absolutely no complaints from me.

Great pumpkin, no doubt
Great pumpkin, no doubt. Awesome pies. Bought three cans, but each arrived very badly dented and bent, and difficult to open. Seems like it had a really rough journey, which must be pretty serious for a can of pumpkin.

Product Best By in less than 1 month
Very disappointed will not buy this product again. Bought a case but got 12 loose cans tossed in a box. Best Buy date is 2/2025. I’ve bought at least 6 cases over the years and never had a mess like this. No value for the money
