Its a thick material, it makes you sweat. It's not ideal if you have a long torso. I personally prefer something longer, but this works.

I just started using the belt and so far so good! I use it while running on my treadmill and it really does make you sweat more! Great price and definitely works, can't beat that!

Love it. It's been a week since I started using it, I already am loving it. It's great for back pain and for good posture.

Just wanted to leave a review for this, it's absolutely brilliant! I've been wearing this whilst training and have noticed a real acceleration in my weight loss, due to it making me sweat more, but also because it really helps me keep the correct posture whilst training, so that my training moves are much more on par, making them more effective. It's so comfy, I've been wearing it round the house too to make sure I'm not slouching. Really pleased with it :-)

I got this belt because even though I was core exercising like a mad thing I needed extra help.This belt is amazing! It’s comfortable, strong and fits snuggly around your waist.I have used this in my own home exercise routine. I recommend if you’re doing planking exercises that you “suck it in”, tighten the belt up - and go for it.I’ve also used it in the gym underneath my vest. The belt is very flexible whether you’re doing cardio or weights/body machine work.Admittedly - you do sweat a lot after a work out! I found I have to let the belt “air out” a but before putting it away on the neat little storage bag.It’s early days yet seeing results - but so far so good - and I would highly recommend getting this belt if you’re thinking about helping yourself trim down.

I have recently purchased the Sports Laboratory Glute bands and have tried the posture corrector. I have been really happy with both products from Sports Laboratory so wanted to try the waist trimmer.The waist trimmer product is easily adjustable as you can just wrap this around your waist and adjust it if you want it tighter.I used this so far with the glute band exercises such as standing side lateral leg raises, side crab walks and rear leg kickbacks with some seated hip abduction and you get a more intense sweat around the waist area.The waist trimmer also gives extra support around the core. I'm looking forward to using this with other exercise drills and running.I'm happy with this product.

Have used this a few times and you do sweat depending on what exercise you do. I follow a strict diet and exercise routine and use this almost daily, but so far have not really noticed any benefits/difference. Will keep persisting but 3 weeks later no difference. The fitting can be a little odd at first as you wear it round your waist and then bend over to pick something up the whole belt bends and folds and then you need to readjust everything. I think it is ideal if you are going to wear this with minimal movement due to the movement. Otherwise a decent fit and material.
