I wish the brown paper was thicker. We have to "double bag" for anything that weighs more than a lb. Unfortunately finding this size bag is difficult - so we will reorder them ... until we find this size that is thicker paper.

I expected these to be more sturdy. It says 20 lbs. Not even close. I put 2 lbs in each and we still had to hold bottom for fear of it breaking through. The bags are thin to the touch. Not like a heavy duty paper bag.

I think a 10lb bag would be better for school lunches. I had no idea though so I checked the measurements on the smaller ones from the store (which I find too small) and compared to these and gave them a try. Only slightly too big. VERY GOOD QUALITY! I only wish the logo was printed on the side or bottom of the bag instead of the front/back.

In the first shipment I received, the first 30 or so bags were faulty with torn seams on one side. I did not go through every bag because there were just too many. Instead I returned for an exchange, believing it was just a fluke. Glad I did, the next shipment was fine.

Worked like it was supposed to for a sack lunch

I was supposed to receive 100 bags. I received 91. Also three of them were defective. I really don't know if this paper is really 20# as they claim. All I can say is that the paper for these brown bags is extremely thin and weak. The quality of them is poor!
