this one won't connect at USB3
I have tried this sensor on 3 different PCs running Windows 10 and 11, and I have tried it on a MBP running OSX. I have tried USB C and USB A connectors and all ports. On all the PCs, the sensor will connect, but only as USB2,1. On OSX, it crashes their own sofware (RealSense-Viewer) which I installed using their directions (with brew). This means it is maxed out at 320x240 on the dept sensor and 640x480 on the color visual.Do a quick Google search and you will see others have had this problem going back to 2020 and Intel has not been able to fix it reliably other than by YOLOing an RMA and hoping for the best. They are happy to recommend you try a powered hub but it seems like it only sometimes solves the problem that seems to be obviously due to their device.
