This band may sound like Nirvana knock off, but they are definitely their own music, and it's great. I highly recommend this disc in particular. It has great music, and some serious hit material. With Nirvana's lead singer dead, these guys fill the void that disappointing tragedy left. Don't think they are copy cats. It's definitely not Nirvana, but the singer is awesome, and the music is unique.

An early Christmas gift to myself. I've listened to "Puddle of Mudd" since they first came out in early 2000, saw them live at NAS Pensacola. Another great item at a great price.

This 'best of' CD from the Icon series range is a nice collection of POM songs that will appeal to newcomers or casual listeners alike. The first four songs are from the Come Clean album (2001). The singles 'Away from me' amd 'Heel over head' are from the Life on display album (2003). The track 'Bleed' is from the Punisher soundtrack album (2004). Tracks 8-10 are from the Famous album (2006) while the last two tracks are from the Volume 4 album released back in 2009.A good set of songs that you should blast loud and proud! My personal favourite songs from this collection is the catchy 'Bleed', the funky 'Abrasive', the grungy 'Livin on borrowed time' and 'Stoned'. Not all of their singles are included on here though. It would have been nice to have had 'Drift and die' and 'Spin you around' on here. (also emitted was 'We dont have to look back now' and 'Spaceship')One thing I dislike about this release though is the artwork which is average at best. The front cover is uninspired, bleak and lazy. It does reflect some of POMs more depressing songs but some of their work is upbeat too. The back cover features the band dressed in suits with mud on them, with Wesley Scantlin holding his muddied hands out, an invitation perhaps. So, overall a good package with a strong set of songs that is a good starting point for newcomers, although there is nothing new here for fans unless you want it for your collection like I did.

P.o.M It's one of the most important group of grunge and post grunge. In this collection the sound and rage of their opinions Is in the maximum expression. Usually i hate the collections but in this CD their dark-energy, make hit your brain and sensations.

Tolles Album, kann ich jeden Puddle of Mudd und Grunge Fan wärmstens empfehlen.Allerdings sollte man in der Produktbeschreibung erwähnen das es sich um ein "Best of" handelt.Wer schon alle anderen vier Alben von P.o.M. besitzt sollte genau nachscháuen ob er sich dieses Album zulegen sollte. Lediglich ein Song ist darauf der auf dem regulären ersten Album "Come Clean" nicht vorhanden ist sondrn nur auf der "European Version".Ansonsten ein geniales Album!!!
