My mother, my husband and myself all had bladder issues with these. My husband felt uncomfortable the entire time while taking this. And my mother and I both got bladder infections. Though it did help with water weight it absolutely wasn't worth the pain and suffering. My doctor told me to stop taking them and to warn others.

I purchased this product for water retention purposes. I drink around 90 oz of water each day, and was waking up with puffy fingers and face. I also experience water retention in my calves from sitting at a desk all day. This product has helped to alleviate these issues. Since taking 2 pills/day, continuing to drink plenty of water and moving around throughout the day, the water retention has lessened.

I finished the whole bottle and followed the instructions, but still had extreme swollen ankles and bloating everywhere. I really wanted this to work because I don’t like spending money of stuff that claims to work and won’t work. It is what it is.
