Great product, easy to use. I was expecting flimsy stuff that would feel weak but these items are quaintly stuff. Definitely a bang for your buck and it came earlier than expected.

The Bear KompleX Home Workout Conditioning Bundle is a minimalist collection of workout tools but used in an optimal way, they do the job. Are they exceptional? To me, they seem exactly the same as other band and core equipment I have tried. They don't seem to be of any higher quality than other brands nor do they seem to be of any lower quality. If you are looking to get a set like this, I would say that there is no reason to be brand loyal as after trying quite a few different brands, the primary difference seems to be price. Yes, this set will give you results. Ironically, the deciding factor of how good your results will be is going to depend on you and your commitment to using the set. One sizeable advantage to this set is that it is very portable. If you have to travel a lot, this set can keep you in shape. The sliders allow for movement that is easy on the joints. The ab wheel definitely puts my abs to the test. I am still adjusting to the small bands but don't expect to look like the models who are in the product image. They got large muscles and high definition from weights. The good news is that I have found that I don't have to look like them to look good. This set will keep you toned and the wheel, I have found does produce some ab definition. I can recommend this set, just not as something exceptional.

due to covid and the numbers rising again, it is important to have in home alternatives to working out! this helps me keep working on my gainzz without fear of exposure and even if the gyms clothes. yall better get your gym stuff while you can! we may be on lock down again soon! this works and i'm very pleased!

I bought this for the ab wheel and it's absolutely fantastic. I haven't really tried the resistance loop bands but the ab wheel is decent quality and works pretty well. I've got no complaints. I recommend if you want a good ab wheel to workout your core.
