Unbeatable for the price I paid. I used this to hear our baby's heartbeat in the womb. Not easy to find, but it reassured mum on a number of occasions when she hadn't felt our little one kick for a while! Take the time to learn how to use it however, you need to twist the head to change which side works, and each side responds to different frequencies better or worse. All you need. I've also had a couple 601's throughout the years. I feel, for paramedical purposes, this is perfect. Clear sound... nice, loud, even in a noisy ambulance. You can never go wrong with an Adscope! ♥️🙏

If you have a need, buy one. Lungs, Heart, Belly and a rudimentary carotid assessment, yup.

The color ordered was not as described: I ordered "dark green" and I received royal blue tubing. However, I like everything about this stethoscope model including the surprise change in color. The sound quality is AMAZING. After playing around with it, I think it is fairly lightweight and is a good length for comfortable carry. I plan to use this stethoscope for nursing school and think it would be a perfect fit for healthcare professionals, students, and for at-home use.

Love it! My last stethoscope I had was good but this is better. Comfortable in the early, long enough to be placed around the neck. Pink enough to match my work shoes, it’ll sparkle soon’
