I bought this trying to remedy that buyers remorse and I have to tell you that we love it! It is fairly cool while sleeping on .
I already have a tempurpedic mattress, but I got the breeze version that has a firmer foam with less memory foam than the regular version and had been wishing that I got it from early on. I bought this trying to remedy that buyers remorse and I have to tell you that we love it! It is fairly cool while sleeping on it, no heat retention that I can notice at least. I finally wake up without soreness in my shoulders. My shoulders are quite a bit broad and I sleep on my side. So having another 3 inches to sink into definitely helps! I was not paid nor did I receive this topper for free for this review. I just simply loved it and had to share for those who might be experiencing something similar.

Awesome
I followed directions about letting it uncurl and breathe --- had a friend help me put it on my king size bed. Her comment was "I never saw one this thick !" --- after placing it on top of my mattress, we both had to check it out and decided this is a definite keeper !! Have used it about 2 weeks and I love it ! Would definitely recommend --- think it's a great value for the price.

so every little bit to help keep me cool will help
It's extremely soft, but so far, I am not getting the gel-coolness I was hoping for. I actually have a memory foam mattress and I bought this as an addition because of the gel-coolness part of it. It makes the bed extra comfy, it's really hard to want to wake up in the morning. But I really wanted it for the cooling technology it's supposed to have. I have to put AC Units in my windows this summer, so every little bit to help keep me cool will help, especially since my main mattress makes me sweat in the middle of winter. Guess we'll see what happens. I'll update the review if it doesn't work well once the weather gets warmer.

This is bigger than my mattress and it has some brown dirty spots that I can't get out. I would send it back but I would never get it rolled up and back in the packaging. Would have thought for the price it would at least be clean.

Gel infused versus gel on top makes for a huge difference. My son's had gel on top and doesn't get hot. This one is "gel infused" and gets hot at night. However, after months of wear, it's held it's shape and certainly makes the bed more comfy. I wouldn't buy it again, but if you don't get hot at night, this might be fine for you.

Would definitely recommend.
We replaced our sagging pillowtop with a tuft & needle mattress that ended up being far too firm and was contributing to my back pain. I ordered this when it was on sale and since we started using it, the back pain has GREATLY diminished... Would definitely recommend.

IT WAS AMAZING!!
We needed to buy a new mattress, no question about it! The only problem was that we didn't have the money so we went looking for a possible temp fix. My husband was sleeping with pillows under his mid back, I had my pillows lined up behind my back for support. When the box arrived I just couldn't wait to try the gel memory foam topper out! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! No more pillows. We each sleep with just one pillow under our head and get the best nights sleep in a very long time. Even if you have a good mattress, I would still say you should try this product. It really makes a H U G E difference. So happy I got it

Best addition to my king size bed I could've made
Best addition to my king size bed I could've made. Made my cheap mattress feel like a super expensive memory foam bed I sleep great on it. I have lower back issues and can't sleep on a lot of surfaces, but this pad makes me sleep like a baby and feel great when I wake up.
