NOT 5G!!!
NOT 5G!!! This is a 4G Hotspot. It connects to tmobile 600mhz band 71 but tmobile uses band 71 for both 5G and 4G. This connects on 4G. If you don't believe me by it and check the devices settings page and you will only find 2G 3G and 4G connection types.

Came with an expired Sim card 1/19/21 also couldn't activate. STOLEN
This came wi th na n expired Sim card and couldn't activate bc its block and listed as a STOLEN PRODUCT

Misleading
5g wifi not 5g cell. Highly misleading

Will not last a year, impossible to get service.
My aunt got one of these through the Sprint "PCs for people" program. After a few months, it began to self-disconnect from her local cell tower. The problem continues to get worse. Last month... July 2020... it disconnects at least once a day. Factory reset procedure does not fix the problem. She has to open the case and remove the battery for 2-3 minutes. There is NO customer support. She has spent tens of hours on the phone, and has visited the local Sprint store-front at least half-a-dozen times. At the store-front, it tests as functional. They cannot fix it, and will not replace it.
