Ordered this for my son. Unfortunately the incorrect design was sent to me in error. The bag itself was really nice, and was great quality. I really liked the front pocket as it was large making it more useful for putting things in to it. On contacting the seller they responded very quickly and their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately the design I wanted they no longer had in stock, but I would definitely recommend them and I would buy from them in the future.

Would have received 5 stars but the dinosaur doesn't look as clear as the advertised pictures. If businesses are so confident in their products they wouldn't need photoshop to make them look better. My boy loves it and it has plenty of room for books, lunchbox and other bits. I think it was good value for money. Only time will tell how durable it is. Fingers crossed it lasts.

My son is love this backpack. I bought for 5 years old son and it’s a bit too big for him, but he doesn’t want another one because he loves a dinosaurs, he love this design. Very good quality of zip. Lots of pockets.

My son loved this bag, has only had it at school for 1 month, is only 8 so doesn't have a lot in it, the strap has snapped and he is unable to use it anymore, really poor quality considering the price
