Great training aid at a great price
Keeping your arms in front of your chest and moving as one is a fundamental of a good golf swing. Also helps keep that trail arm elbow from flying out like a chicken wing. Use it sparingly in increments because it is tight enough that it will irritate you if you swing too much. But other than that, it is a fantastic training aif and I am happy with my purchase.

Low cost,, very easy to use, & warm up with. It does work.
a relatively inexpensive product that’s built well and does make a difference on your swing. Great for warming up before a round. It forces you to keep your arms close to your body and help you not come over the top, which is most golfers problem. I’d recommend it to a 10 handicap,, & to new the game golfer. It also helps in rotating your hips & shoulders, & if you keep it close to the body it will train you how to have a better overall swing & square up your club at contact point.

Great training tool but can cause discomfort sometimes
This helped my golf game tremendously. I use it on the range before every round to get the feel of keeping my arm structure stable throughout my swing. I have 2 issues with it and one of them is my fault. After 10 or more swings I start to develop a tenderness in my left elbow (right handed golfer) which is probably because of my mechanics not the product itself. The other issue is that it does squeeze my arms a little too much especially if I went to the gym that day or had to lift a lot at work. I'm not a huge muscle guy by any means but I do have bigger arms.

Works like it should and helps with arm flare.
Works like it should. Would help more if I had more time to use it.

It works, and you will know it when it does
So if you’re struggling with contact or feel like your chicken winging your swing this is a great tool. I bought it and it has totally helped me sync my rotation and my wrists. My striking and distance and target line has drastically improved. It’s worth a shot if you’re looking to improve. You can use it on all the clubs. You’ll know when you’re doing it right because you’ll start flushing your ball.

Seems to be better for me with my driver.
Best training device that has a practical use. This is the one trainer that I go to the most. It seems to help me feel to not let my arms fly all over in the swing.

Not sure it has been helpful.
I am a novice golfer and just needed something to help me with my arm position and muscle memory while I practiced. This did a decent job in achieving that goal, but after a half hour using it, I realized that there is too much flexibility with the device, and my arms still move a lot during the swing. Ideally, this would be a rigid device that kept my arms steady and in the right position during the entire swing. Is it entirely useless - no - but I wonder if there are better products out there that will do a better job. Probably nothing at this price point

Loved it, friends bought and consider very useful

Surprisingly effective for such a basic strap. It forces you to keep your arms closer together during your swing, which really helps with consistency. It can feel restrictive at first, but that’s kind of the point. Packs easily in a golf bag

Works well for practice

Decent other than it keeps sliding down my arms (and I'm not that skinny). Every couple of swings I have to pull the contraption up. Maybe I will try safety pins...not sure. BUT, seems to work.

True Birdie worked to control my swing. It was excellent for muscle memory. I would recommend if you are experiencing problems with your swing.
