For our shop, it's original and untouched watch with the tag

Q: Why do i need to wind my watch every 3 days. I am active daily.

If you are truly active and the watch is not idle for 36 hr you should not have to wind your watch. If you bought a true US Seiko not a k1 you should be able to send your watch in to Seiko USA are take to US Dealer to se if they cannot take care of your watch. IF you only have an International warranty you will need to send in to the warranty.

Q: Just wondering how difficult it is to swap out the silicone band? Any special tool recommended for the drilled out lugs?

Hello, We highly recommend you go to a watchmaker to swap out the straps. They've been trained to do this. If you have no experience, you can risk damaging and scratching the watch. Best regards, GTJ
