Not what you expect!
I was quite disappointed by this purchase. The promises made in the advertisement were far from realized. This little unit is the equivalent of a spray bottle with an attached fan. The only difference is that you don't need to pump the trigger to spray water. The idea that this an "air conditioner", is a farce. I should have known; "if it sounds too good to be true, it'll probably be untrue". This is a spritzer that gives you the illusion of cooling you, when in actuality, it is wetting you and blowing/fanning air at you-thus the "cooling" effect. But if you are not directly in front of it, you will not even know that is what it does. In fact, you feel nothing if you are not directly in it's trajectory. Needless to say, I returned, ALL FOUR. All I had to sample was one-never even opened the other 3, and that sealed the deal. I think this type of scam should not be allowed in the U.S.A. It is a real time and money waster. As it is, I had to fork out $16.42 to return it. They, conveniently, didn't even provide a return label. The entire thing is a sham. At the very least, it is false advertising and false promising of results. I can't imagine that anyone purchasing these little boxes of water, paying as much as we are, aren't returning them in droves. I will certainly never purchase anything from that region of the globe again. I gave it a try and they miserably failed. Amazon, you ought to scrutinize your vendors and their products a bit more closely. They sell from your website. Shame on them and shame on you.

Do not buy this product!
I ordered two of these units. It took a month for them to arrive. The box label was generic it simply said “air cooler fan”, no brand or model number. The batteries were charged according to the instructions but then they wouldn’t even start. Moving one of the around sounded like the fan was loose inside. This is a classic example of the kind of shoddy products that China is pushing out the door. I’ve seen similar units offered on Amazon, so it looks like they’re selling the same generic junk under several bogus brands. Amazon needs to better screen these manufacturers and deny them access.

Cool, really?
If you are in a cool environment it just blows the cool air. Warm place, blows the same temperature air, perhaps 3 degrees cooler. Don’t use it with another fan as the other fan overtakes the airflow

When receiving the product, we read the instructions but the fan never worked. Tried to return it, but UPS said it was undeliverable. the Best thing, we did get our money back. thanks

Will never buy anything from them again!
I gave a one star because no star wasn't an option...We ordered two...The first stopped working about 2 weeks after we bought it...The water no longer filtered through the cooler...The second didn't work from day one!Very disappointed in these... Will never purchase again!

It doesn't work. I tried return it and the address provided was not valid. So I couldn't get my money and still had to pay for shipping. Bad customer service.

This is a present for my son who lives in LA. He uses it in his bedroom the day it arrives and he placed it on his nightstand. He is not expecting the portable AC will be leaking. He woke up with all work papers wet. He is an editor. He’s upset with me for sending a leaky machine.
