It is not the easiest to use but gets better every time. I live in a small first floor flat so only have a couple of windows. This device is much cheaper than a regular window cleaner and with a bit of effort windows look good!

Absolutely useless. Seller was also very unhelpful and just kept telling me about them being out of pocket if I returned it, so they wanted me to keep it with a £2 goodwill refund. Why would I when it doesn't work? So I gave up and just spoke to Amazon, who issued a full refund for me, after reading the emails this company sent me.As for the product, all my windows are different types and different ways of opening and not one of them could be cleaned with this contraption. The wall was in the way on some, or it just wouldn't go flat onto the pane on others. I tried it extended and then not extended and neither option worked. I have no idea what type of window this could work really well on at all. I'm puzzled.

Looks easy to use but unless you have windows that open like doors pretty difficult to use
