I absolutely love Genexa Kids Pain and Fever Medicine! As a mom, I’m so relieved that it has zero artificial additives, is dye-free, and comes in an organic blueberry flavor that my kids actually enjoy.It’s super easy to dispense using either the medicine cup or a syringe, and it’s just as easy for kids to swallow. The smell is delicious, and the bottle size is perfect for multiple uses. Great value for your money, especially considering the clean ingredients.It’s highly effective at reducing fevers and helping my kids feel better quickly. While it’s comparable to Tylenol in its effectiveness and ingredients, the cleaner formula and similar price make it my top choice. I’ve now switched my entire medicine cabinet to Genexa brand medicine, and I feel so much better about what I’m giving to my little ones! Highly recommend!

Make sure to shake this up well before dosing!This is a great alternative to Tylenol! It works as expected and my kiddo much prefers the taste of Genexa over the option of dye free name brand. Size of the bottle is great, not too big or small, and it has the small hole to use with a syringe! My kiddo has gotten great sleep when sick because of this medicine and I feel it’s a safe choice if you’re looking for something other than the name brand. The only big difference is that you need to shake this up well before dosing.

Baby accepts its flavor. It doesn’t come with a syringe but it does come with the control top that works with a syringe. Better price option than infant acetaminophen from Genexa. You can’t get cleaner ingredients!

I’ll start by saying that I am not a doctor or a veterinarian. I actually got this brand as an alternative to children’s Tylenol for my aging dog. My dog was an end of life and on some prescription medication, but was still having breakthrough pain at times my veterinarian recommended that we give him children’s dose of Tylenol, but my veterinarian also told us that it had to be flavorless because something in the flavoring or fake sugars was toxic to dogs. I went to three drug stores and could not find flavorless children’s dose of acetaminophen. I finally decided to look online and came across this brand.I did a little Internet research on the brand And found that it was made in the United States, mostly in California to be specific. I was impressed by the fact that it’s made clean with no unnecessary additives, dyes, etc.I ordered it immediately and started giving it to my dog the next day. I could tell that it worked with his breakthrough pain. I have not tried this on my kids just because I haven’t had a need yet, but I would recommend if you ever need acetaminophen for a pet.I found it to be well worth the cost and I think it’s a good value for the money, especially compared to other prescription medication’s we’ve given my dog. I found it as easy to use as any other liquid medication that uses a syringe.

Love this pain and fever medicine for my little one! They enjoy the taste and I appreciate the clean ingredients and it being dye free. It works well and is a staple to have in your medicine cabinet. It is a little sticky but that is to be expected with a liquid product like this, but we don’t have issues with dispensing it. Definitely recommend!

Works great. Clean ingredients (not those big pharma harmful additives). Has a great taste that my child likes. I will buy another bottle for when my next child is born.

This product is great alternative to a lot of fillers and stuff. I use it myself and I’m an adult just to take the edge off of some pain only issue is it really sweet? I mean so sweet to take I think even kids it needs to be a little less sweet to tolerate. I just dilute it with some water. if they made an adult version of this would be great maybe with less sugar
