i first saw this on a Dr Oz show where he said he "knew nothing about it, does not endorse it, and makes no money from it." The manufacturer then jumped on the bandwagon and just because the produce was on the Oz show (without his endorsement), they're using the Dr. Oz name on the label and advertising!!! Well, who doesn't want to lose a few pounts?? I got sucked in and tried in. In few than 2 weeks the price on Amazon zoomed because of the belief this product works. It doesn't. Your mind thinks it does and you do lose weight.So, yes, of course I tried it; otherwise I could not write this review. I took one capsule yesterday a.m. according to directions. Within 10 min. my esophagus went into spasm. After drinking some ginger ale the pain stopped. THEN, within a half hour the itching began. Strangely enough, the itching was mostly on arms and torso. It took a few hours to go away.Either I am allergic to it, or there is a terrible reaction with another medication I am taking. So, do your homework. I hope it DOES work for you in some way, but this is going back. I just had to write this to inform others of possible side effects.

I got this product thinking I would just loose a ton of weight automatically. Although that wasn't the case, it really suppressed my appetite and I found myself eating smaller portion sizes. Ok--if your looking for a miracle this is not it unless you are patient! It seems the longer I take this the better it works. The thing is it is very subtle and you don't always notice those small changes …. I really like this product and will continue to take it because I do think it helps with appetite and tummy but also it is good for you.

Better than expected. I am loosing 1-1.5#/week. As a senior with mobility issues I have found this product to work as advertised. My intake/meal has decreased as have my cravings.
