Quick, Insightful Read About the Evolution of the Wristwatch
Definitely worth picking up if you're remotely interested in wristwatches to the extent of understanding how they came about and the minds/brands behind many of the technologies in the them that either stood the test of time... or fell by the wayside.

Very nice review
Very nice review. I totally agree with the chosen watches. There are a few non accurate data, though. For example, Neil Armstrong wasn't wearing his Omega Speedmaster in his first walk on the moon since he left it in the module as a backup. Buzz Aldrin did. Some important data are missing too. For example, in the design of the first Casio (not Cassio) G-Shock, they considered it should accomplish three 10's: 10 years battery-life, 10 bar water-resistance and should survive a 10 meter fall. Otherwise, the book is a must have for wrist watch enthusiasts.

Lots of obscure and little known factoids about watches.Recommend for those who love the world of horology.I like it.

Nice collection, too little of information
Nice collection of iconic wrist watches.But I'd love if for each of them -- there will be more information. Also, not all images are big enough to see all details.

Far from great.
I understand that a book like this is going to be highly subjective, but some of the watches in this book are so obscure, how could they have possibly changed the world.
