I bought this trio as a supplement for my workout regimen. I already use omega 3s and a woman’s multivitamin but this is definitely a next level in health and wellness!I really like the branding and the orange flavor. And also the fact that The only thing I am not super crazy about is that the pills are a little too big for my taste and they end up being a bit too many. 6,3,2 per day. But if my energy, digestion and health improves then it is just a minor detail. And the taste is not bad so that helps!

This is a quality product. However, the only downside is shelf life the pills are shorter than expected. as soon as you open these start to degrade was taking half the amount since did not need all the supplementation and about on time for when taking the full amount pills started to go bad.

I'm taking this regiment for two months now for my physical. All vitamin levels are in the green and overall health is good.

Once I started taking this stack It was over!! I am sticking with this stack for life! Excellent energy all day and excellent ingredients!

After 1 week of taking these, I have noticed my energy throughout the day and sleep improving. I sleep better throughout the night with fewer waking up.I have more energy throughout the day as well. My focus has also improved on simple tasks, but that is most likely because of my boost of energy. Another interesting but awesome improvement has been I noticed my arms, which were often sore from working out and lifting weights, has diminished considerably. I would highly recommend these vitamins!
