Great machine for playing old arcade and console games. Getting the ROMs loaded on the machine is a little tricky, but not too bad if you follow the directions and take your time. I’ll probably upgrade the joysticks at some point bc they can be a little loose on some games.

Got this product with high hopes as a friend had bought an earlier version. It was convoluted to set up having to get files from an email. Then it only worked twice and never worked again. It will not connect or show on the screen. Asked for help and was told it was my user error downloading the files onto the usb... This was bought as a present and I was SO embarrassed and was unable to return....

This arcade controller is really fun. Doesn't come preloaded with games but it they send you a link to get them and a flash drive to load them on it. I have had it for a month and spent hours on it and still works fine.

The build is great the problem is adding the games. You have to email them and wait for them to send you the games. Many of the fighting game are not the full versions. You can add many of the formats that I like on this system. It's impossible to add new games because many of the formats that are out you cant use. You are better off getting a arcade pad and getting a pc and doing this setup yourself. It will be way cheaper and you can have way more quality of game choice and custom gaming instead of having repeating titlles and non full version. Product is build great. I would of paid just to have the arcade stick because the game system isn't good.

So just to be clear about what you're buying it's not a plug and play DX with 3000 games. You're buying a PB DX family version minus the games and software. Not a huge deal if you're used to dealing with Pandora box or something similar but it somewhat defeats the purpose of buying a PB because this is no longer plug and play straight out of the box. The whole point of a PB is the simplicity of the machine, if it requires downloading and programming then just go with Pi or a PC. Sellers copy paste response was all I needed to decide if I should return the box for a refund.

The device is very good once you get everything set up. It will a 5 start but it took several days to get a reply from the company to get the link. Is my first PD 📦. So far it's been great. This is not a bad device.

Slight lag on some games, no screen tear to note, tons of fun and nostalgia. Good buy

Purchased this item for my nephew so he could get into classic gaming...loved my time with it testing it!
