Cute, but no elastic at the legs. There is elastic at the waist, and a draw string.Only 20% cotton.Would have been much nicer if there was more of a ruffle look at the legs if elastic was there. Only a draw string which if you tighten it, it becomes too tight, say when you sit, and you end up making it looser and then it is just flat looking.Material feels like a stiff bed sheet, but I have yet to wash it to make it feel softer.I ordered the Large-Xlarge, and it is a little big on me. But, going down a size probably would have been to small.I normally wear a large for a snug fit, and XL for a little extra room.I don't think I would order this again.

Darling! I bought them to wear as casual summer shorts rather than a costume. I'm a US 14 and normally wear an XL but I ordered XXL/XXXL just to be safe. They fit perfectly! There is enough cotton in them so they will breath when it gets hot. Great purchase.

I have been making my own bloomers for decades and splurged on this. I bought a white and a black pair. It is sturdy and softens in the wash quite nicely. To better suit my personal comfort, I created a channel at the very top of the waist and sewed a bit of elastic into the ribbon for ease in the restroom. This also allows the garment to hang on my hips without bunching under my clothing. @kinderhookLMT

Wore these for a show, very comfy and love the adjustable strings on the waistband & legs for a quick change I had. I do think I need to wash them a few more times to get them the soft texture I wanted, but I wanted to frolic through a field in these, wearing a long plaid skirt and carrying a basket of forage I collected.

Very cute pantaloons. Bought these for a Raggedy Ann costume. They are a little short on me. I am 5'6" and it comes right to my knee...needed them to be a little longer as my dress also comes to my knee. Very comfortable.

im not sure if its how they should be but the stitching doesnt let material stretch out at cuffs so they are tight on my thighs.
