This item is pretty easy to use....Perfect crust for a large roast!!!! A little heavy on the salt so if your watching that in your diet it might not be for you. I will biy it again!

I use the garlic peppercorn on thick cut boneless pork chops, sear both sides on hot grill initially, then turn every 5 min to doneness. The chops are juicy and tasty.
